We were a family of three travelling for vacation.
The resort was lovely, clean and was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations.
The water slides need two riders on most of them. Also they are NOT for adults. Adults weren’t permitted on them expect one of them. Teenagers and youth were allowed. It didn’t make sense as this is a family friendly resort and parents wanted to participate in this fun with their kids. The pools were nice, we had a nice partial ocean view room that was clean and comfortable.
The food was great with many dining options for everyone. There was so many we didn’t get to visit them all. The BBQ was our favourite! We also enjoyed the steak house, the cave for a special show (additional cost) and Rio.
Service was good in all restaurants and bars. It was quite busy being spring break season. The staff worked very hard and were attentive. They also were amazing at preparing dietary restrictive meals.
Going back to family time. We were very disappointed that we (my husband, two year old and I)
Were turned away the first time from kids club as we didn’t have socks. Understandably we returned ready to play and have a break from the sun.
Again when we returned we recieved unfortunate news that only one of us could participate with our child. We didn’t want to split up as this was a family trip.
It didn’t make sense as only one parent at a time could participate in this activity. We won’t be returning.
