The resort was beautiful! Its about a 20 minute ride from the Cancun airport which isnt bad but its secluded! So if your looking be near clubs i wouldnt recommend! The rooms are amazing showers in the middle of the room and jacuzzi tubs on the balconys! The food was okay! Drinks amazing and the service! They also offer swim out rooms! The hibachi restaurant was the best, but thats the only restaurant you have to make reservations for! All in all definitely a 10/10 stay! And you have access to the breathless resort as well so 3 different pool options with swim up bars and a dj!

I recently stayed at The Secret Hotel, and it lived up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from this international chain. The quality of service and food was consistently excellent throughout my stay. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The food was delicious and well-prepared, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. There was a little bit of high pressure bait/switch at check in to “visit” another sister property & go home & tell all our friends & family how great it was -but we heard it was selling a travel club membership & would take almost all day - not sure if that’s true-but didn’t like that so we canceled & were made to feel like it was kind of taking away “someone’s brownie points”…

Property was clean and well-kept. House keepers did an amazing job cleaning. I went out after dinner and came back to a clean room with bed remade and towels/washcloths restocked. Only 1 restaurant on the secrets side that was really good for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, you would have to go on the breathless side for other restaurants and entertainment. Secrets is for sure, the relaxing side, but you get the best of both worlds
