The property probably needs to be rated by some metric other than the condition of the pool (it doesn’t have one) and the functionality of the air conditioning (there was none). However, if you wanna place that is snuggled up right next to the jungle, where you can hear the pounding of the rain on your tin roof and the sounds from the forest, this is the place for you. Chickens and their children make their rounds morning and evening. You can spot the occasional monkey from the balcony. The cold water showers are intensely refreshing.

The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed !

Average hotel, but excellent location and staff. Especially the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. Nice pool, but renovations being worked on while we were there.

Los servicios del hotel están muy por debajo del precio que cobran. Durante mi estadía: (1) No funcionaba la llave del lavamanos. (2) No rellenaron los depósitos de gel de baño ni shampoo. (3) Aunque la conexión al router funciona, el internet no sirve. (4) El televisor está bloqueado para la conexión a internet. (5) Hace falta un coworking funcional en comodidad y conectividad.

For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. A general lack of amenities like no jacuzzi, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms are nice. Again, for the money, very disappointing in general. We have stayed at many other places at half the cost but with excellent service, food, amenities, etc.

No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you hear everything happenning in the lobby. Front desk lady was keeping the tv on at high volume till after midnight - though I explicitly asked her to turn the sound off, as i need some sleep.

The place is okay but far away from the center transportation may be cost you a little.. also the place don’t refund customers if you change places
