The room I was given had bedbugs, and when I requested a new room, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing an equivalent replacement for my original two-bedroom booking, I was only offered a single bed room, which did not match what I paid for. Additionally, I had booked for two guests, but the resort only covered one person, forcing me to pay an extra $120 out of pocket for my friend. This was never disclosed at the time of booking and is unacceptable.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and quick to help! Pools were cleaned daily. Only complaint would be the parking. You have to park pretty far or pay for valet parking. Would recommend and will be back.
