STAFF WHERE VERY RUDE! A/C DIDNT WORK FOR IN ANY OF MY 2 ROOMS. WE ARRIVED AT 4:00pm COULDNT EAT ANYWHERE. HOTEL WAS EMPTY BUT U NEEDED RESERVATION FOR HOTEL. EMPLOYEES AT BUFFET TOO BUSY TALKING! NEVER COMING BACK! NEVER! BED HAD BUGS!!! NEVER COMING BACK!!!

It was terrible. Guest service was horrendous, beds dirty, moldy bathrooms, food horrible and lines for everything! I guess you get what you pay for, I learned my lesson!

The place was a little too old and needs some improvement in the rooms, tv not working, sone of the power outlets do not work, the light and ac work with the key card. Not hot water in some rooms, staff super nice and friendly. There was no paper toilet in the rooms, towels very limited. The pool was fine, food excellent.
