During the cleaning they took our personal tooth brush an cream...at the next day no one was available to replace it...i had to wait until somebody showed up in order to brush my tooth even though it was a 24/7 service...that's why i dis an early check out

My stays at Casa Valeria are usually pleasant but this last trip there were a few issues. Two nights of my stay the water stopped working in the entire complex and I had to wait the following day for someone to come repair it, there were rolling blackouts as well. The staff was always pleasant especially the front desk staff and the ones working in the dining area. Will I book another stay there? Yes. Hopefully those issues will be addressed soon

My stay was for 7 days. The staff was professional. The hotel room was clean and room service fixed your room(if you wanted them too). The drinks and food were very good. The free breakfast can use a little more portions.

Not the safest place to take your family

The hotel was ok but it wasnt as clean as i would like it. The sink and bathroom ( the entire room)was organized and dirty. I can tell they do their best but the dirt was old set into the furniture dirt.
