Mi experiencia fue terrible, al llegar y al salir la cerradura de la puerta de la habitacion no habria y tuve que esperar mucho tiempo porque 5 personas no podian abrirla y al salir ocurrio lo mismo. Con un calor insoportable esperando en el pasillo del hotel. Eso es inconcebible en el hotel mas caro de Playa Dorada. Ademas la comida fue muy mediocre

The hotel staff is great and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is great and always well spiced. It would be nice if this property had another bar in the lobby area and if they would invest in carrying higher quality liquor including international drinks.

The buffet food was mediocre at it best, the food at the restaurants you have to reserve in advance was ok, the Oregano restaurant was the best, there is absolutely no drinks on the bars that you can enjoy, the worse piña colada I ever had in my life, the color was a dark white, I stay on the room with a swim out pool, they cleaned it every day, they did a good job in that respective area.

The Good: Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, renovated bathroom, friendly staff. Not so good: Entertaiment, shows were kind of boring. Buffet with limited choices. Bad: I arrived to the hotel at 2:00pm after a long road trip from Santo Domingo the family was tired and hungry. We were informed that we had to wait until 3:00 pm to have access to the hotel facilities or pay $10 per person in order to eat. First time after visiting many all inclusive resorts in DR and Cancun... I paid the money, by the way, no receipt.
