The overall stay was okay , I didn’t like how my bathroom door didn’t have knob & our mini fridge door was loose. The food options were limited but i loved the Mexican restaurant. We reserved a spa and after our service we used the private pool which was amazing.

I have been to many resorts in the DR and this one has been my less favorite. They could have more umbrellas in the pool area. 1 bar to service all in the pool area with limited staffing. Back of the bar should be used as a pool bar which is a missed opportunity. The disco, if you want to call it that is very small and it was very hot in there. AC not working properly. Overall amenities are minimal. The Arcade is not included. They have only 1 shop here. The main dinning area is very hot and could use additional fans. Also limited staffing to service with drinks. The food I can say was good. Only 3 featured restaurants of which on Sunday only 1 is open for service. Room fridge just somewhat cool. AC could be colder. No option to bring ice to room.
