Generally adequate hotel. Most staff were very friendly. A couple seemed like it was a bother when you asked for something. One bartender, female, told me she did not have a particular type of tequila, so she sold me one that cost quite a bit more. Found out this was untrue and I could have enjoyed a cheaper drink.

I wish I can add another star. New garden hotel is my hotel. I love the staff they are very polite. Specially the security guards and the waiter or waitress. They all wonderful. This is my second time to New garden Hotel. I will tell all my friends New garden is the place to be. I’m not sure any other hotels the staff are nice like that. I will be back in May next year. New garden please keep the business alive please. New garden is the place when I’m stress out in the states, I will come to puerto plata Sosúa to relax eat good foods.
