The Piergiorgio Staff was particularly kind and friendly. The hotel is extremely well located with only a short walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. I had a great time and I would recommend it to those looking for an inexpensive, fun, getaway. 😊

The property is outdated. However, it has a lot of potential. The location is perfect!!! The view of the ocean absolutely is worth staying here. I would stay again. My only recommendation is to update the rooms and lobby. Maybe switch up the breakfast a little.

I enjoyed the ocean views. I appreciated the proximity to local dining and nightlife. The property was a bit older looking and wasn't modernized at all. The bathroom and bedroom area all had older fixtures and bedding.

I switched 3 different rooms because the curtains, pillows, sheets, bathroom sink was covered in mold! Very small rooms, no phones! finally, the third room was OK. My kids were afraid to take a shower. The locks on the door was very flimsy.

What a dump!! Nice location with views, but poorly maintained, dirty, shower was a dribble, bed like sleeping on a board, mediocre food, terrible service, very noisy all day and late into the night, and staff that really don’t care. I asked to get my room changed twice and was ignored. You can do better for less, the pictures don’t match the dilapidated condition of the property. Avoid this.

Nice pictures but no what is advertised.

My AC unit broke several times on a 4 night stay. We had to move to a lower grade room with zero compensation due to this. The Hotel staff played music until 230 AM despite telling us quite hours start at 10pm. The breakfast was late, slow and cold when they did the continental style. The location is nice but the building is run down and in need of repair. I would never be able to recommend this place and will never stay again.
