The property was older and appeared clean, but it was not up to date as another property I stayed at in Punta Cana. It had limited menu/restaurants and very little entertainment or offerings for activities.

I had an awful experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay away. The service was unacceptable from start to finish. First, the front desk failed to inform me of important details, such as the dress code for the buffet — which is crucial at an all-inclusive resort. When I showed up in a sleeveless shirt, I was refused service, even though I had already paid for an all-inclusive stay. The outlet in my room didn’t work, and despite reporting it, no one ever came to fix it. On top of that, I made a dinner reservation at one of the restaurants, and Erika at the front desk confirmed it for 8:30 PM. However, at 8:10 PM, she called to tell me the reservation wasn’t actually made — and by then, I had no other dining options available. Overall, I paid for a service that was not delivered. Poor communication, lack of basic hospitality, and being denied access to food I paid for made this a very frustrating and disappointing stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful Beach with calm clean sandy beach. Good food and relaxing atmosphere-especially in Adults inly section. Herman restaurant is outstanding and best in resort. All beach bars are great. Swim-up room was perfect for us and we enjoyed every moment.

8/10 would be my rating. The food was good, the buffet was better than the restaurants on the property. I read some of the reviews complaining about WiFi and water temperature; however my showers were warm, and I didn’t experience any issues with WiFi. The staff members were nice. The neighborhood the hotel was in was pleasant.

We stay in the vip side, but food very very limited, 10 days there just tried 2 restaurants others never open or bad food. Just one bar with premium drink, if you move to other part of resort not even bottle of water. We decided to leave a day before because Sunday they sale day pass and was full of people and we can’t even eat. I don’t recommend

The only thing I did not like was the time that the snack close at 1am way too early and I was not notified about it. The disco was open until 2am and the snack closes at 1am. That’s very inconvenience for the clients that utilízate the disco.
