I will return but I will request a room in front. I like the Fersal and the staff and breakfast are great but barking and whining dogs in back made this a bad stay. One about 1am carried on for quite awhile and I didn’t get any sleep the rest of the night

We booked the Fersal Hotel for my sister in law. She stated the hotel staff was polite and professional. The room was large and very clean. The free breakfast was convenient and delicious. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Where do I start. They are making renovations even in the night, I couldn’t sleep all night due to construction noise right above our room. Water tap and shower barely dripping, no pressure at all. WiFi and telephone didn’t work. We come back from a tour and find out that our room key doesn’t work. Staff are nice and their standard answer to all the problems is “sorry sir, it is due to maintenance “. Expedia should not list this hotel on their listing and 3 star is very misleading. Expedia should do some homework before they allow any hotels to be listed on their platform.

I love the cold water dispenser in every floor. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was really good and love their coffee. I just wish they provided hand towel in the bathroom.
