This property is terrible, multiple people in our group got food poisoning. The staff is not friendly at all. The rooms are old, bugs all around the property. The elevators were broken. Also don’t expect to get what you asked for or any help if you don’t speak Spanish. Food has flies all over it, and options are nonexistent. Also desserts are so bad to point that you cannot swallow.

My family and I got several bed bug bites. We were hoping it was just jelly fish stings, but it is not. When we got home and realized it was bed bugs, we called the hotel to look in the beds for bed bugs, but they kept hanging up on us or disconnected the calls. We tried to contact management but he was unavailable. We left a message but no return call. I am posting this in hopes to deter any more customers until they get this situation addressed. We were in room 2917 -all inclusive premium package. This was the worst vacation ever! Now we wait to see if we brought the bugs back in our suitcases and then hire a professional exterminator to eradicate from our homes. Very sad and creeped out. This was the nicest hotel any of us have been in and we paid top dollar. 😢

I didnt find the difference between vip and regular stancy. The room was kind of damage like the room doors knobs were damage and the toilet sometimes didt acumulate water and sometimes didnt flush. On the pool i saw i sings that said only for adults but the bar was was onthe kids are i think this was incorrect. But other than that it was great.

The family enjoyed it, friendly staff. Only negative was not being able to take food from downstairs up to your room, I’ve stayed at other All-Inclusive and this was never an issue. I asked the reasoning, all I was told was Hotel Politics. The beer is only draft beer, not canned. The Staff was good overall, just following Hotel Policies so they’re not to blame. The view is amazing, one side the green lush mountains and the other was the ocean. Beware of mosquitoes, the bites are annoying and itchy.

We had such a wonderful time at this resort. The view from every balcony is excellent, with a brilliant show of the cove, ocean, pools, and nightly sunsets. The employees were all exceptionally friendly and hard working. We loved the food in the buffet, and in each of the restaurants. We highly recommend this resort!

The room was big but it could use a deep cleaning. There were grease marks on the coffee table, the doors, the bathroom door was very dirty. We got sick with stomach aches. There wasn’t hand sanitizer available.

The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional during check in. Instead of helping our group fix our reservations they made us call customer service, prolonging our check-in process three hours. They did not help or even offer water while we fixed our reservation even though customer service stated that front desk had the ability to fix the issue. This resort is not good for big groups. We had a party of 13, made dinner reservations and only once did they seat us together. Additionally, this is the first all inclusive

This was unfortunately a one and done for me. The property was beautiful. The rooms were OK even with the VIP, was not impressed. I had such high hopes for this property, but it just seems like they fell short in every angle. We made dinner reservations and according to the concierge, if children were 12 and under, they did not have to follow the dress code. We went to the Italian restaurant and checked in and they told us they could not serve us due to my son whom is 12 was not dress ed proper. Even after telling the woman he was 12 years old, she continued to refuse.After some time, they finally served us (now mind you, we were the only family inside the restaurant at thetime and by the time we left, there was only one other family inside). The next day I went back to the concierge who helped make dinner reservations for the week and again asked her about the rules for children and dress code. Again, she told me 12 years and younger did not have to follow the dress code. I then questioned her why my family and I were turned away the prior night due to my son not be dressed properly when he was 12. She then asked if he was tall. I said yes, but that has nothing to do with his age. She proceeded to tell me that’s why I was refused and I argued back that he cannot help his genetics. He’s 12! I was not impressed with the food at the resort. I actually lost weight during the week lol. No poolside food. The staff that did pool activities were engaging. Overall, look else where.
