BIG RESORT. FOOD WAS GOOD. PREMIUM WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. NOT MUCH VARIETY OF FOOD IN THE PREMIUM AREA. SEEMED LIKE THE SAME FOOD OVER AND OVER. WALKING DISTANCE TO ZOO PHARMACY AND A COUPLE OF RESTUARNTS. BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS GOOD EVERYDAY. STEAK HOUSE WAS GOOD. SNACK BAR WAS GOOD.

Everything about the hotel was great. The person that cleaned our room during our stay went above and beyond sometimes even organized some of our stuff, folded some clothes. The waiters,bartenders everyone was friendly. Food at the buffet was 4.5/5 I think they could do a bit more of a rotation so the items don’t get too cold or hard but everything was great. Rooms were big, clean , amazing view from our room. The beach was beautiful and clean. Truly a great experience

The resort was great! Everyone on the staff was great. We got there on a Sunday and stayed until Friday, the property was pretty quiet, it picked up on Thursday with louder music and more people. It wasn't explained to us that we could eat in the restaurants for the included amount. We loved that our excursions were either on the beach or within walking distance. Overall great vacation

Services wasnt the greatest... on a few occasions we asked for spoons so we could eat our dessert and the waiters forgot or didnt care to bring them to us and we had to eat them with our hands or use the knives . We even went to oxxo to buy disposable spoons to have with us just in case this happened . The following waiters and waitresses were amazing though : Antonio Farias, Sergio Zamorq, Moises, Yzbeth, Jacqueline, Ingrid, Angel Reyes, and Cesar from the preoum lounge. They need better animation staff and more activities for guests . It would also be nice if they could leave the music on at least until 8pm ... sometimes theyd stop it at 5pm .

Very nice All inclusive property in a beautiful bay setting in Puerto Vallarta. The southern beaches are the best in this area. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and there are activities for all ages. This hotel has a beautiful setting right in the bay. Beach front property with lovely sunsets daily.

Property is not well manicured and one can see dilapidation everywhere. All flowers on the dinning tables were old, dried up, and wilted. Kids were mostly frequenting the adult pool and people smoking where they should not. All inclusive representation was just not true. As upon arrival we were given two restaurant vouchers and had to pay for the rest of the dinners out of pocket. The rest of food were pretty much served in a cafeteria. The food quality was substandard and bland. Mostly Mexican food. Our room was pretty much in state of dispare. Watermarks everywhere, the trash can had previous guests junk in it, the safe was not working, the lampshades were kept in place dangling, the AC was loud, dust was visible on all doors edges. The only wetbar was awkwardly placed in the kid/parents pool and hardly accessible to adults only pool. The towel boy and pretty much most of the staff could not communicate simple service related tasks in English (yet they sell services in the US market). Especially, the towel boy was always rude and each guest was entitled to one lousy towel. In all a pretty rundown resort...more of three star facility. Not sure how they can advertise and charge such exuberant prices for three star facility and get away with it

Beware this is not the usual 4 star resort. We lost water for 2 of the 7 nights we stayed at this resort. The beach is not great, they have over 20 boats parked in the water the whole day. If you don’t speak Spanish the staff doesn’t treat you the same. Won’t be back at this resort. Also don’t upgrade your room the benefits are terrible.

The air conditioning was not working in our room, took two days of excuses and finally a room switch to remedy. Patio door was broken in new room. Unclean bathroom, feminine hygiene product stuck to vanity and shower would not drain. Housekeeping kept turning off air conditioning every day. Not all restaurants were open and you are only allowed five meals in them during a 10 day stay. No bar in the adult pool, only in the family pool. You’re not allowed to eat by the pool or bring snacks from the bar to your room. After check out at noon on last day they will not let you access the pool or eat as part of the all-inclusive package while you wait for your transport to the airport. We were forced to wait four hours in the lobby until our scheduled shuttle. We paid for 10 days and got 9 in reality. Management was notified about each incident and was not willing to offer anything in way of apology or compensation. One of the most restrictive and unaccommodating resorts we’ve ever stayed at. We will not recommend to friends and family and we will not return.
