The hotel has a perfect location with a very nice beach and not so far from the center and the town, only 10 minutes away by foot. The facilities are in good shape it has 2 pools and a resting area for adults next to a bar and beach front, the staff is super nice, helpful and friendly. I was surprised in a good way about the food quality, normally this all inclusive hotels don’t offer good quality food in their buffet but this one was really tasty, with variety and fresh. I went there in Jan and it was cloudy and cold so in my opinion the AC was not needed, nevertheless it was on all the time in the restaurant area, that is my only complaint. Also alcohol quality was not too bad and I appreciated beverages were not too sweet. All in all I would recommend it and definitely would stay again ☺️

A Little Disappointing
The hotel was clean and had nice facilities. Our maid was excellent and conscientious! The food was pretty good at the buffet and the sunset grill. The service was pretty good as long as you weren't there at the change in shifts. We loved Ramon's service! We were disappointed in their system for reservations for the restaurants. Reservations could only be made each morning for the same day, there were only two seatings (at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.) and typically filled up between 8 and 10 a.m. On our arrival date all reservations were full. We were not aware that there were tiers and we would have to pay an extra $220 to have access to the rooftop bar. We were also disappointed that after checkout at 12 noon, we were not allowed to have any food, drinks, use the pool, or any facilities on the day of leaving. This was awkward with a late afternoon flight. All of our other experiences with all inclusive hotels in Mexico allowed us to use the pool, beach, and restaurants for the rest of the afternoon.

The hotel is very clean and the room was nice. The location feels very safe and is great for walking to town. The beach had vendors that would ask you once or twice if you wanted something but then left you alone. The food is alright, I can always find something to eat. The staff take this hotel from good to great!! The service is unreal!!!

Overall good experience. Food quality was also good but lack of food variety was definitely one downside. We were lucky to be there during Christmas and the food variety was excellent on the Christmas Eve. I would definitely go back to this place if I visit Puerto Vallarta in future
