The staffs are great, friendly and very professional specially the food and beverage.
The front Desk interaction need improved when you pass no good morning nor how’s stayed. I stayed one week no front liner nor sales department interaction with the guest.
Nor Manager talk to guests.
The front office desk looks overwhelmed with work. They all focus on the screens seldom look at the guests.
I was disappointed with Expedia, I booked two separate beds. Upon arrival the hotel, I was booked one bed. I complained and the desk rectified the issue. I am a hotelier, this always happened with Expedia. Wrong type of room or number of beds. Sometimes the code of payment whether Expedia virtual card or Expedia guest collect.
The beach areas need upgraded. Lounge chairs need cleaning and nipa or shade umbrella needed to be replaced .
The foodstuffs need more variety everyday.
Over experience is great . Would I recommend the hotel? Certainly I will. The Food and Beverage staffs are awesome and friendly.
