The view of the sky from the top floor is gorgeous, but the pool is also very small fits a max of 2-3 people comfortably. unfortunately the surrounding area is filthy, the streets are filled with a ton of trash bags and smells horrible. The view from my room was just some grass and empty drinking bottles as well. they also state that they serve “continental breakfast” they are only serving fruit and yogurt. and don’t have any lunch or dinner so make sure you are prepared for that. The rooms have air conditioning but as soon as you step out its as if you’re in a sauna, in my opinion it was cooler outside.

El staff es impresionantemente amable, desde nuestra llegada, hasta el último segundo de nuestra estancia, el staff fue muy amable, te hacen sentir en casa, tranquilo. El desayuno muy rico, de los mejores panes de plátano que hemos comido. La vista desde la alberca es muy bonita, de las mejores en Puerto Vallarta. Muy cerca de todo, solo bajar escaleras y cruzar una calle y el malecón estaba ante nosotros. Excelente opción. Volveremos pronto.

We were checking out on a Monday, no other guests around for the entire 3-night stay, not one. The hotel was empty, literally, sometimes not even staff was around. And they didn't let us do a late checkout like most other hotels do, they'll let you stay an extra hr as complementary, or sometimes charge a minimal fee for a couple of extra hrs. This hotel wanted to charge us a lot for a couple of extra hrs. I mean I understand not all hotel are the same, but the hotel was literally empty, ghost town. But anyways, hope you have a better time than i did. Good location. Staff (when present) super friendly, not helpful, but friendly. Not ironing board, no TV (that's my fault for not reading the room description correctly) sushi restaurant not open

Super beautiful pool with a pretty view. The free breakfast is only fruit and yogurt nothing big. The staff was super friendly and kind, the AC did stop working while we were there which was very uncomfortable at night but other than that everything was great.

The property was beautiful and very organic modern design which transcended through the property, just no TV in our room, and the stairs to get to the property were treacherous. Beautiful views but limited dining around the area. 10 min walk to closest are

Amazing stay! Everything you'd hope for in a boutique hotel; beautiful, clean and safe. Flaviola was a wonderful host. Rooftop pool was warm and had a great view. If you're walking around town there is a solid number of stairs to get down to the boardwalk but it's worth it.

the hotel is brand new. High over the town, you can look down and observe the action on the Malecon and the Centro. The room didn't have a tv, which surprised me, but the wifi worked fine. there is a full Sushi restaurant on the top floor.
