This is a lovely smaller hotel. It feels like a Mexican hacienda. The front desk lady was very pleasant and we are going to have breakfast here this morning

Beautiful, clean hotel and fairly convenient location. Close to marina and bus line. Reasonably priced. However, my boyfriend got very, very sick after eating the ceviche there and nothing was done (not even an apology) after this was brought to the attention of the staff. Two days later he is still sick.

Casa Ritual was a sweet oasis in PV located close to the airport and a short walk to the beach. The staff was great and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, including storing a suitcase while we ventured inland for 3 weeks and printing documents for us. The food was delicious and we enjoyed afternoon happy hour by the pool. Rooms were simple, but comfortable and clean.

First time staying at Casa Ritual, it is an amazing place to stay if you are looking for quiete, intimate place! We were very well welcomed by the staff, and well taken care of, definitely recommend it if you re looking to feel like home. The room was very clean and spacious with a nice view. The only negative points i would note there is no Blow dryer in the bedroom. It also requires a bit of maintenance, the window was broken in our bedroom and could not really enjoy the balcony. Obviously you have to pay for the food and drinks, we were a bit surprised to be charged for the milk when we actually asked for “cafe con leche” and were not told the milk was considered an “extra”. Each piece of bread was also charged, so be careful and ask if its considered an extra. Over all our stay was amazing, we go back Home with good memories. Totally recommend the place, we would go back.

Casa Ritual - a peaceful oasis
What a gem! Hotel Ritual was a fabulous find - located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it was away from the hustle & bustle of PV, but a short uber ride away. No children was a frankly a plus for an older couple looking to unwind with a margarita by the pool. The pool was spotless and refreshing after a hot afternoon taking in the sights. Rooms were basic - clean and comfortable. And the food! We started each day here with a lovely breakfast- no need to go anywhere else. The hotel staff was absolutely lovely. Friendly and extremely helpful. And finally, Casa Ritual is very affordable. We will definitely be staying here again next visit to PV.

Spent a night here in transit through Puerto Vallarta. A charming and quiet spa hotel close to the airport. Service was pleasant and prompt, my room, public rooms and pool area clean. Room appointments simple and adequate, but a couple things could have used a bit of refurbishing.
