The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. This hotel has a horrible customer. Service employees are always complaining about their work in front of the guest. They did not put any effort into the property at all. They give us a room at the beginning that wasn’t the one that was so under pictures we had a complaint to them for them to give us the room that we pay for

The hotel was very clean, loved the open air lobby/bar/buffet area that leads right to the pool that leads right to the beach...my wife and I enjoy the beach! Lobby bar opens at 9, beach bar at 10 and the pool bar is 11.

The food quality could use significant improvement to enhance the overall dining experience. Communication was challenging due to a language barrier, as only a few staff members were fluent in English, which made interactions difficult. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restrooms fell short of expectations and needs considerable attention to meet higher hygiene standards.

I've stayed at this property many times. The quality has been diminished. My room was not equiped with proper lighting, working safe, only one towel, no phone. This hotel was overbooked and under staffed. The ladies that clean the rooms would end their day at 7-8pm for the sdaily salary. Very unfair. Front desk only had 2 people attending new registration. The restaurant reservations were never available. I usually had snacks at the bar as the lines to the restaurants/buffets were so long. I am a solo traveler and they were unwilling to accomodate for me to take food to my room. Room service is extra

To start: The price is right, very affordable options for staying here. Lots of locals come to party here, entertainment and staff are very fun! Rooms: Every room has this sort of smell to it. Everyone I spoke with said the same thing. It's not unbearable but it is odd. AC works, nothing amazing though, TV is only Spanish and no way to connect a phone or laptop. No sound system. They're very clean, and cleaned well daily, maintenance is quick to problem solve any issues. Bathrooms don't have privacy really...so shared rooms are VERY shared. Bed was medium. Food: Buffet- Great for breakfast- omelette station, meats, fruits, tortilla, yogurts, green juice, etc. Lunches had woodfired pizza, meats, rices, pastas, salads. Everything could use some salt, some spice, but it was pretty alright. Dinners I wouldn't bother with the buffet. Restaurants: Japanese was 1 star. Very sweet sauce that was poured on everything so it all tasted the same. Paradise Mediterranean had excellent service and great food. The French restaurant is BEAUTIFUL (Dress up for this one) and delicious with wonderful service. Mexcian has excellent lamb and is a lot of fun. Ammeneties: Rooftop pool with swim up bar, 10/10 Beach Bar, 10/10 Hottub and main pool/bar zone is often packed and is a mega dance party most days. Sports bar always had the game on and a small pool table to play. Tennis/basketball courts rough. lt was good, place just needs a bit of maintenance and some nicer upgrades. Great staf

We didn’t have a safe. It took them 2 nights to bring us a safe. It was just set in the closet. It was light enough to just lift it up and take it. No towels until late at night. Food at buffet was the same for every meal. Cabanas didn’t get sheets until 11. Suppose to be at 8. No thermostat to turn off AC. The place was a bit run down. Would I come back? No.
