Excellent property. Staff were all so accommodating and welcoming. There is an app to use to order room service, book dinner reservations etc. which makes things super convenient. The food was pretty good! The beach was quite nice. Not a swimming beach but you are at a surf resort. You can walk fairly far to the south and the beach is all sand. If you book a junior suite like I did, note it surrounds the courtyard and there are evenings where there will be very loud music until rather late. So if you are early to bed, early to rise, this won’t be your ideal location. If I knew about that, I would absolutely have requested to upgrade before we settled in. On our last night the courtyard music ended around 10, then the live music in the secrets bar above went until 1:00am.

This property is shared with a different resort that is adults only. All of the dining areas were very congested and there were not a lot of places to eat. You have to reserve your own private dining 24 hours in advance and by a certain time which was not convenient for us as we only stayed the weekend. I would not recommend this location to anyone staying less than a week, and even more so if you want peace and quiet.

My son became sick (not at the resort). The resort has a 24hour doctor. Hi services were fantastic. We felt very well taken care of. They accomodated his needs and supported us throughout our stay.

My family of 5 stayed at this resort for 3 nights in July 2025. Great hospitality started from Jesus and Ivan at reception and continued throughout our stay. There are 2 properties on this location: Secrets (adults) and Dreams (Family). Here are some suggestions: 1- If you are all adults (18+) stay on the Secrets side of the resort. You'd still have access to everything on Dreams but access to better restaurants. 2- Upgrade your stay to VIP (Preferred Member) level so that you get access to all restaurants and private lounges with better drinks. 3- If you are on the dreams side, please note that there's construction on the lot next door which might have some noises/smells associated with it. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.

Amazing property could benefit if better service

I'm looking at the property is a brand new with a ton of amenities to do with a family the only bad thing about this hotel was the service some people miss informed about to the times or the activities that results in losing time in the resort Yeah quarter Park is amazing if you got kids The time to have to wait to get food sometimes goes from 15 to half an hour at the bear foot grill and the snacks The reception was not as I was expecting because there was lack on information about the activities that you can do I've tried 5 of the restaurants and are ok the Portofino being one of the best
