The ceiling in the toilet leaks so we have to transfer. The oven doesn't work good, needs a wall to cover it against the wind. It took us 3 hours to cook. The freezer door broke. The bathroom ceiling creates a noise when you open/close door. Staff are all helpful, friendly and very courteous, just needs to know how to communicate well in english other than that, they are all nice staff.

The staff was friendly. There was no pool, you had to go through a restaurant to get to the beach. The room, with its furniture and the bathroom were average. The balcony was more of a kitchenette.

Very good hotel. Best part of PV. Great beach. Tons of restaurant choices. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel staff= front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance are super friendly and helpful.

There are other properties much nicer nearby for less per night. The door let all the AC out unless we put a towel in the crack. The toilet barely flushed. The quality of the room was nothing like we expected compared to where we stayed last time. We will be choosing a different place next time.

The suite they gave us was old and dark. It was not in the same building and the outdoor Patio was really dirty with only the view of a roof. Other than the bedside lights and one light on the living area, there were no other lights. Ref was old, it looked more like someone's old condo that they made into a hotel room.

The views are the only good thing about this property, rooms are all painted concrete, the doors don’t fit securely, my first room flooded, I was moved to a lover floor room, the fittings under the sink burst and that room flooded, the next day the door keypad broke and I was locked out of my room for hours, when they did get it open they said it would not work and the suggested I don’t leave the room. No discounts were applied to my reservation for the constant inconveniences. The room had an adjoining door for another room and it was so thin It sounded like there were men in my room and felt very unsafe. The views are incredible and the amend a small refrigerator was nice.

Upgraded to an ocean view room. The view is amazing. It’s one of the prime locations But it needs some renovation the wall ac barely works Remote control faded can’t read the directions lol Bedding is not too bad but an upgrade is necessary Furnitures outdated mixed and match. There’s a narrow gap between the toilet and the wall, it’s difficult to squeeze in the gap to get in the shower Dispirited things mention above I still highly recommended and will stay there again. Friendly staff super clean. Si señor restaurant is downstairs excess to the beach the foods and services are amazing
