The staff are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable The grounds are kept in immaculate conditions The pool area is clean, great deck chairs & the water is the perfect temp The restaurant/bar is clean, great variety of both food & drinks. Close to the airport. nice to walk around the melacon. But the food was not good. (we had the all inclusive package) Breakfast not to bad but no bacon or sausage. Last year when we stayed the food was fantastic. Something sure changed over the last year. the staff were nice. the grounds are very nice. the room was okay.

We had a lot of issues. Had to beg for a refund to get out of there. We'd have been miserable staying there. Food was disgusting. Paid for all inclusive. Don't do that. Numerous issues with the room including no wifi and interior door.handlr.falling off. Toilet broke after 2 flushes. Area around hotel was sketchy. Not sure youd be able to walk anywhere.

They advertise lower rates to entice you to stay with them. The sofa in my "what they call, you get what you pay for" room, was so filthy and stained, i would not have let my dog sit on it. Staff indifferent at best.

I had to find a last minute place for 1 night and the price and location and the fact that it’s all inclusive made me choose this place. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was spacious and comfortable and the best part was the cable TV. The channels were impressive. The bar area should have tvs for the sports fans. Food was just ok. Pool area was ok. If you want to avoid gringos stay here! lol.
