There was nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was an absolutely charming oasis in the middle of the romantic zone in Puerto Vallarta. It’s sister hotel had a gorgeous pool. The staff at both hotels were absolutely incredible. Everything was incredibly clean and thoughtful.

Average property. The room we stayed was average. Property needs to get upgraded. Location is good close to zona romantico. plenty of restaurants walking distance. This was the only reason we stayed in this location. We were not at the property most of the time. We did a lot of excursions. So it was only used for shower and sleeping. Now that I know of other properties around in this location. I would choose another hotel.

Interesting Boutique Hotel
Loved our check-in, as we were offered an Expedia welcome drink, along with great guacamole and chips. Front desk staff was friendly and the room we booked was large, beyond what we expected and imagined. Great for our needs and 1-night stay. One thing to consider, as a boutique hotel, the building has an interesting and unique layout. No elevators, but lots of steps and stairs to navigate throughout.

Lovely refurbished mansion with a great location and fantastically decorated. Stayed here twice and really enjoyed it. Loved the access to riveria del rio’s rooftop pool as well.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with excellent staff and amenities. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your staff. We will visit again

Fantastic place. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable; the AC worked great and was quiet. The hostess was super nice, she spoke English well and had great recommendations for food and fun. I had a massage, which was very well done and they even came to my room. Breakfast was very tasty and it’s right on the river so that’s nice too. There’s lots of shopping, dining and night clubs right in the area. I felt safe after dark walking around by myself as a single woman. The ONLY thing I could say I’d change about the room if I could was the shower didn’t have much pressure and there was a sky light in my room, which didn’t allow me to black it out - I can’t sleep in if the room is light, that’s me though... Minor things. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Great location, staff, atmosphere! Especially appreciated the lighted make-up mirror and great coffee! Unique environment since it was 2 former, upper class personal homes with a lot of character. Fabian was especially helpful and makes great margaritas!
