My friends and I had the best time ever at this resort. Excellent customer service especially Esperanza at the Vela food hall (buffet). Room service anytime you want! (one hour wait) Drinks anytime you want! Lots of activities. The rooms are spacious. My only wish: please supply room slippers.

Hilton Vallarta was a nice property. The rooms were clean & comfortable. As a couple w/o children we wouldn't stay here again. This resort would be better for a large family from toddlers to elderly but not ideal for us. Pools are limited and small & full of children, we didn't use the pools as they closed too early for night swimming for adults only. Also the food was very bland- we are not picky eaters but besides breakfast with a fresh omelette bar we were disappointed, not a lot of fresh fruit, dry desserts etc. Drinks were good & staff were kind.

Few points from our experiences: (1) Too much mosquitoes; (2) pools are not clean you will find hairs in the pool and drinking cup around the pool everywhere; (3) the waiter in the cocomer forget what we ordered so we end up wait for more than 50 minutes and not get our food; they are not even say a sorry to us; (4) kids club is majorly for kids who are 4 and up; our kids is 3 and half year so we only can play at there for very limited time and most of activities are not allowed to join; (5) food is mediocre. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The room wasn't that clean. We also experienced bug bites while staying here. We reached out to Hilton Guest Services, Hilton Honors, and Hilton Puerto Vallarta, and no one was helpful. Guest Services kept saying that they can't do anything about the issue and it has to be dealt with the property directly. Hilton Puerto Vallarta just totally ignored all my emails and never responded. Even if I asked Guest Services and Hilton Honors multiple times who else I can send the email to to escalate the problem, they are not responsive and wouldn't give me anything. This was he worst experience during and even after our trip. Stay somewhere else. Big companies like this don't care about their guests. All they care about is their profit.

Stayed for 7 nights and it was amazing. From the rooms to the staff and all the dining options I would highly recommend the Hilton Puerto Vallarta to anyone who is just wanting to relax and not have to worry about a thing. The food was great at all the restaurants, the drinks were unreal and had the option to get top shelf liquor and the staff were fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

The property in general is nice! When we first got to our room, we notice right away the floors were not clean! Around the pool bar and some areas around the pool, in the morning there was a bit of litter everywhere. Restaurant staff are very ice, the waters are very nice and the service was very good.

We stayed for four nights in early-March. The resort was beautiful, had great food options, and was very clean. Perhaps an odd complaint, but I found there were too many bar options, resulting in too few people at each. Each bar was great though, along with the service.

We were offered to upgrade our room at check in and we were really happy we did. We ended up with a room on the 11th floor and on the corner. It had a separate bedroom with a king bed, large bathroom with dual vanities and a separate living room, dining table, bar and an additional bathroom. We were able to get two cots in the room for the kids and we had plenty of space and a huge balcony. Because of the upgrade, we were granted access to their private lounge, buffet and bar on the 13th floor. We had breakfast there every morning and it was quiet and lovely. It was convenient to use at happy hour as well. It was a nice and quiet option to utilize before heading downstairs for busier dinners.
