Wonderful property! Beautiful hotel and the rooms are well appointed. Very clean and like new ! The staff was professional and very friendly. Service at this hotel was amazing! Very attentive and made our stay memorable! This will be our “go to” hotel in Puerto Vallarta!

It was an incredible stay! We were there for a whole week and coupd not complain about one thing. The service was top notch and very friendly. The location is great - close to all of the great restaurants and night life! I would highly recommend staying here.

One of the most beautiful experiences staying in Puerto Vallarta. Everything was amazing, this hotel and the whole crew were amazing. Room was very confortable and clean. Service from each associate the best ever. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of old town with many choices to explore. Definitely we will come back. Thanks to all the people working here, you guys made my children extremely happy.

Just finished a great stay at Casa Nicole. Loved the: Location: Short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There is a great coffee shop and convenience store around the corner which we visited daily. Cleanliness: Very modern and clean property with great beds and very effective AC. Safety: There is always someone at the front that knows your name and is there 24/7. Staff: Everyone from front desk to cleaning to the restaurant downstairs are friendly and amazing. Restaurant: Great spot downstairs for daily breakfast with many great menu options. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Quiet Retreat in the Middle of Entertainment Area
Casa Kimberly is now on the top of my list for future visits to Puerto Vallarta. The hotel is small, quaint, but does not come short on service and hospitality. The hotels staff members, including Front Desk Manager Juan, is attentive to the needs of the guests. Housekeeping staff did not appear to mind coming back to the room when asked to complete housekeeping at a later time due to a late night out. Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel is a great option for couples wanting to explore LGBT bars in the Zona Romantica Area but then retreat away to a quiet hotel with first class accommodations. Our room had two beds with comfortable and clean bedding - pristine white linens. The water pressure in the bathroom's rainfall shower head was always ready and never an issue. My only recommendation for an even better experience would be for the hotel management to consider pool heater. We tried the pool on several of the days there and it was frigid to uncomfortable cool. The hotel has a small fitness room - one treadmill and one elliptical, but the view from both is nice. I would book this hotel again.

We stayed three nights. Loved location and comfortable, stylish room. Had their famous and popular brunch once, it was excellent. We chose not to have daily cleaning, so cannot comment. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet location. Be aware: no elevator, no kettle in rooms and design of building makes any conversation loud in the halls—bring ear plugs.

What a great location. Only a block off the beach in a quiet neighborhood only a quick 3 minute walk to restaurant's and early coffee. Super clean and the staff are very friendly. There is a popular breakfast restaurant downstairs that attracts lots of outside diners.
