Amazing Experience

We absolutely loved Casa Nicole! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, and it was in a great location. Everything about our stay was amazing, and the staff was incredibly professional with great attentiveness. We would absolutely stay here again!

We have eaten at the restaurant for a few years now. We finally got the opportunity to stay at their hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are so clean, new and modern. Staff is always so nice and helpful. We had 0 issues. Great location. Close to the beach, shopping and other restaurants. Highly recommend!

Casa Nicole was the perfect spot to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The restaurant is delicious, many locals come for brunch. The location is just one block from the beach so using the washroom in our room and grabbing anything throughout the day was so easy. The pool is quiet and relaxing for when you want to have a low key afternoon read or morning yoga. Juan was the perfect host, he was communicative over messaging before we arrived and had our room ready for our early arrival. He was helpful with tips for restaurants and where to rent umbrellas at the beach. He also was able to get us a taxi to our next destination. All the staff was so friendly. I highly recommend Casa Nicole to anyone travelling to Puerto Vallarta. Thank you Juan for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast options are super. The hotel is superbly maintained. Location in the Zona Romantica is great. We had room 207, which has a beautiful balcony overlooking a quaint street with lots of activity.

It was a pleasant stay at the Casa Nicole. It is conveniently located in the Zona Romantica, close to the beach and the Malecon. The staff was friendly and receptive, attentive and prompt in handling issues. for the most part the room was clean and well-kept and even though we had an issue with the bathroom, this was quickly and satisfactorily dealt with. The Restaurant Nicole, which serves breakfast is very good. The food, the staff and the atmosphere were great. I would highly recommend it.
