Overall it’s an ok all inclusive resort. I had a bad experience within my room as cash money was taken out of my backpack. It is not fair to accuse staff 100% as I have no video to prove it. But I counted my money on arrival and then the day before departure and I as missing closed to $1,000 dls. This time I didn’t go out partying/clubing so I know I didn’t spend it without been aware. Anyhow, just make sure to use the safety box to avoid issues like this.

Feels a bit outdated and worn down, excellent staff overall with just a couple of members that weren't all helpful and/or friendly, understaffed in some areas, food at the buffets was good but not great, specialty restaurants were very good.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teen girls) enjoyed our stay. We rented kayaks on the beach, enjoyed the entertainment nightly and the food was amazing.

The Staff is rude. There isn’t enough dining area to fit all guest. The pool area and beach area do not have enough beds for all guest have of the guest where just standing. The food is not great if your a foodie definitely don’t came here it’s not worth your money. Definitely won’t be back to this specific location.

Nuestra experiencia fue regular, no me gusto la higiene del baño, tampoco volvieron a colocar jabones y utencilios para el baño, estuvimos 6 dias en el hotel y solo nos rellenaron el servibar dos veces. En la alberca hay iguanas y toda mi familia terminamos con dermatitis cercarial en el cuerpo, es una enfermedad zoonotica, debido a las iguanas nadando en la alberca de los turistas. Ahora tendremos que gastar en un dermatologo para aliviarnos

I enjoyed the vibe of the resort. Music lovers environment. It was a hot weekend, rooms were not ready on time, hallways and elevators were very hot almost like a sauna feeling. Buffets had a lot of empty trays, food was not ready, wait time for food at the restaurants was very long. Front desk staff had no sense of urgency.
