We had a great stay, the staff is very attentive and wants to make sure you have a great time. The resort is very loud especially at night and the “balconies” are tiny-they are big enough to stand on and look out but not sit and enjoy the outdoors.

The room was nice. Room service was great! Johan checked us in at reservation desk-very professional and friendly. Outside jacuzzi’s didn’t appear very clean so skipped those. The overall service was good. The only real complaint was in setting up additional packages ie the sunset tour. We cancelled 24 hours in advanced as requested and still have not been refunded our money. The supervisor was rather rude and told us auditors there on Monday so there was nothing he could do. Feel like we have gotten the total run around and not much professionalism with this issue. Not my problem that Hotel doesn’t employee workers who know how to refund an excursion that was properly cancelled.

From start to finish, the service at this resort is exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Diana had everything prepared for our arrival and checked in with us throughout the stay, ensuring every detail was perfect. The resort itself is immaculate, the food is outstanding, and the entertainment team truly stands out. A special shout-out to Kevin, Georgia, and Ash from Entertainment, who created an experience like no other. Gregorio and Morgan kept us refreshed poolside during the day, and when evening arrived, Manuel took over at the Sun Bar, making sure our night was just as enjoyable. Their dedication and hospitality made our trip truly special.

The hotel had an amazing staff. They were kind and helpful, everyone rushed to help us in any way. The beach was very peaceful but the party was awesome!!! They have super fun events every night for the whole family and adults. New year eve party was fantastic and unforgettable. Very happy with Hard Rock experience, will definitely return.

Trying to find a place to sit by the pool is almost impossible as they allow guest to put there stuff on chairs and leave them unattended for hours let alone the staff putting a number of chairs for there Legendary guest and not being used, food was limited and not all that good, rooms were of an older age and not kept up, air conditioner didn’t keep the room cool enough and made it feel humid. I highly highly NOT recommend this place, Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta was a big disappointment.

Fun activities. I like how no reservations were required for the restaurants, you just had to wait. Portion sizes in most of the restaurants were small so you need to order several dishes. Some of the shows were good. Service was pretty good but not excellent. The buffet needed more food options.

Hard Rock Vallarta - #1!

Hard Rock Vallarta will always be our go to in PVR. The music, the activities, the food, the drinks, the room, the beach….all phenomenal!! Special call out to Isrreal who went out of his way to take care of us around the pool, to Samuel who is someone we alway look forward to seeing when we visit and not to mention his amazing team that always takes the best care of us. I seriously can’t say enough! Stay here!
