Hello We were suppose to stay at this property but when we arrived they told us we we were at the wrong hotel. After we produced our confirmation they took some time and came back and told us we were getting an "Upgrade" to stay at the Holiday in Suites. We did receive any notification of the change. They shuttled us to the other hotel and after some delay we were able to checkin. After a long travel day it was unfortunate to have to make this change with no notification, which should have been very easy to provide.

Pros: The Hotel is in a great location, with a supermarket right across the street. It is less than a 5-minute drive from the airport. The staff is friendly and will allow you to store your luggage in their back office if you arrive early before checking in. The view is beautiful as you can see the airplanes land and take off while also seeing a view of other resorts in the distance and the sunset looks beautiful. the hotel offers a great selection for their breakfast and is tasteful. Cons: sometimes it can be loud and noisy as the main road is in front of the building.

Are flight was canceled so everyone was looking for rooms to book I got on Hotels.com perfect book your room for the night of the 15 th leaving next day to fly home. Looked at the reservation that was sent to me it was for the 16th not the 15th so tried to change it could would not let me so had to pay for a room I did not use not sure way it changed the date on me it said it had a room available.was not happy so got to my new room try again and it sent me to a virtual typing would not let me put anything in the space were I was to type just the question that they ask so over all not a happy camper If any help please contact my at justforfun960@ hotmail.com. This was a good hotel to wait for my flight the next day. The pool, the spa and the gym were a nice addition to the place. Unfortunately, the area surrounding the hotel was not well endowed with good restaurants and bars.
