Very grateful for the upgrade from the Holiday Inn Express to the Suites. Staff was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. A bit outdated and in need of care and maintenance. The couch that was in the suite was stained.

Pleasant night stay
Check in and out was great. Comfy room. Breakfast as well as shuttle to airport was a bonus! Only disappointment was the restaurant next door. There was a sign in the lobby they had 2 for 1 pizza (Porter steak house). Went there for supper only to be told “no more pizza tonight” with no explanation as to why so very strange. This was at 7:00 pm. Ended up eating there anyway. Food was ok but a bit pricey.

Everything was great beautiful views from the 6th floor, breakfast was delicious (the orange juice was very watered down & maybe adding hot chocolate), the shower was huge & they provided Dove Shampoo, body wash, hand wash & body lotion but the toilet was inn a weird & tight place (behind the door). What we didn't like was the freezing pool, the cold "hot" tub. They need to add a refrigerator & a microwave to the rooms. The only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor & we were on the 6th floor! There were no wash clothes just a hand towel. We arrived at around 9 or 10am & we weren't offered to check in earlier for an additional fee. We were so exhausted that we would have gladly paid it. We saw the sign later that the option was available for an additional cost. Overall it's in a great location and the entire staff were great. We will definitely take this location into consideration on our next trip. Karla was great with keeping up with our room. The gentleman at the breakfast diningroom was very nice & helpful.
