2024 APRIL 08-15 Our recent stay at Hotel Mío Vallarta was a truly enjoyable experience. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Freddy, the bartender on the rooftop patio, who consistently went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. His professionalism and warm demeanor greatly enhanced our time at the property. We would also like to commend Angles from housekeeping, whose attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed. She maintained our room to the highest standard, and her efforts did not go unnoticed. The only aspect of our stay that fell short of expectations was the beach access. Unfortunately, we were turned away on multiple occasions when attempting to use the loungers, which left us feeling unwelcome. This was a disappointing aspect of an otherwise outstanding visit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property and would not hesitate to return in the future.

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had! The building is new and well kept. The room was fantastic. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. There are good dining options near by and the beach is a 3 minute walk through the neighboring resort. The rooftop pool was also incredible. Could not recommend enough!

Anniversary never to forget.

I have spent well over 30 yeas traveling the major cities of the USA and Western Europe and never have experienced the level of service that I received qt Mio Hotel. For the moment we were greeted in the parking area until we left 5 days no one could have expected better service. One suggestion would be to eliminate the DJ who's music was far to loud and the techo music did not fit atmosphere.

Not for light sleepers

Nice hotel. If you are a light sleeper you will find the noise obtrusive from the EIGHT lane busy road which the hotel is on. The roof top pool is lovely.
