Hotel Mio had the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced in Mexico. The pool was so calm and the view was gorgeous. What a sunset. The rooms were large and the patio was a nice surprise. Room service was great too. Also the shower was one of the best I’ve had!! Thank you Hotel Mio!!❤️

Nice hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We loved the location and it was a short uber ride away from downtown. We paid about $5 to $6 US dollars to go downtown. I will probably stay here again when I return. My only complaint is the breakfast, I don't think it was worth $18 US dollars. The food was not that great and my omelet was dry, actually the worst I have ever had.

This is my 3rd visit in as many years, basically since the hotel opened up. Every year things improve slightly, this year we noticed the pool area was upgraded with nicer day beds. The rooms and property have always been great and the staff exceptionally friendly. However at times the house music around the pool was too loud, most people are there to relax and read during the afternoon some of the bands they hire are just terrible. Also the breakfast buffet has gone down in quality slightly. Overall a fantastic place to stay

The roof top pool area is beautiful at sunset and plenty of room for privacy. Shopping, spa and dining requires a getting a taxi, but the concierge service is so helpful we didn't even notice. Rooms are amazing!

Everything about this property is amazing! Gabriella kept our room spotless, the entire hotel is impeccable. The proximity to a grocery store, mall and many restaurants, make this property an ideal place to stay. The pool area was great with friendly staff and no people rushing to “save” seats as happens all the time at AI. The only area for improvement IMO is the tiles in the pool are falling off everywhere. I think improvement could be made with the music around the pool, perhaps it could start a little later in the day and turn down a little so you can converse with people and not having to raise your voice. I would highly recommend, we booked our return trip!

Like that it's adults only, beds are comfortable. Didn't like the loud techno music at the rooftop pool, it's always the same and geared toward 20 somethings who were the minority. They also need to give 4 kingsize pillows in the rooms with kingsize beds, comfortable pillows would make the experience a lot better. They lost 1 star for the techno music at the pool, otherwise 5 stars.
