The hotel is located in the center of everything, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, stores. It was very clean, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, waffles, etc. Will definitely come back

Great location. Clean & well kept. Nice room. Excellent breakfast included. Desk staff friendly & can speak English. Sometimes the guests' room doors bang shut really loud. Smokers smoking on the shared deckspace make it unusable to others sensitive to smoke as the plumes waft around. Such a great hotel, make the entire property smoke-free. You'll have enough business without the smokers.

Great location for the Malecon and restaurants. However, extremely loud street noise and church bells. Staff were very good and breakfast was great. Small gym, but you can get some exercise if you still need it after walking to see all the sites. Large jacuzzi on 4th floor, clean but not heated. Still considered it a good value.

This property is located a block or two from the Malecon. Our room was cleaned quickly and efficiently every day. Friendly staff. Breakfast included with your stay. This allows you to experience the great food Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Local vendor shops outside the hotel doors for your browsing pleasure.

Loved the location and how friendly and helpful all the staff are. Breakfast was delicious!! There's not much sound proofing so you can hear outside noise as well as crying babies from other rooms.
