Best feature was that the beds were great and sleeping was quiet, clean and cool! The property was nicely located in comparison to other properties. There were multiple power outages, the last one being our last night on a Saturday and in to Sunday and it made for a very problematic last 24 hours. We slept with no AC and were unable to shower off the day at ocean and unable to shower in the morning before leaving. Apparently it was a block wide outage and because it happened on the weekend, I figured we weren't going to get the problem resolved until at least mid-day Monday (long after we were scheduled to leave) The pool is beautifully located but not well cleaned and not particularly refreshing. There is an illusion of security but people can come and go from the ocean side/poolside of the property pretty much at all times as security personnel didn't seem very regular or much of a deterrence. The town, however, feels safe overall. I'd recommend staying but keep an open mind.

Great location--just steps from the beach. It's a small town, so the entrance right near the main tourist stretch is nice but anything would be close to shopping and dining areas. Cute rooms, a little sparse. We had a great time here, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.

Stayed here earlier this month and some things about this place are great - the room is big and the bed was really comfortable, setting and location great. The not so good - the pool upkeep could have been a lot better including pool cleaning and the lounge chairs which are old and uncomfortable. The room, whilst big was also bare and with 2 people staying, it would have been nice to have had more furniture than 1 chair and a side table. The towels were also not the quality I was expecting. Overall, for the price paid (this was one of the more expensive places on our trip) I don't think it's good value for money unless you want to be close to the beach.

Loved the quietness, cleanliness, quick access to beach, pool, friendliness of staff and proximity to food and markets A couple things that I wished were a bit bigger was the bathroom in our room (couldn't fully open the door) and our outdoor sitting area/deck (wasn't able to put 2 chairs near each other for conversations).

Property in in an excellent location. Beach, waterfront bar and restaurant, pool, outside areas to meet with friends. Some of the furnishings are a little worn, but overall it was a great stay.

This place is a gem. We weren’t sure what to expect for our first visit to San Pancho. We can’t wait to come back. The entire staff was professional and kind. Very accommodating. The room was simple yet had everything you need. The bed and pillows were literally the most comfortable we have ever slept on. I literally emailed the hotel today and asked for information. The pool with the palm trees never got old to see. We relaxed there every day. Love having the beach right there. Walking over and seeing the sunset every night was great. The AC works GREAT. Lots of great restaurants right there. We can’t wait to come back. We also used their transportation and he was wonderful.
