Great location, good value, quiet.

This is a great spot. I've stayed here a few times before. We had a Deluxe room this time, with a Queen bed. The room was a lot smaller than the image provided for a Deluxe room. We did have a window, but that was about it. The bed seemed more like a double than queen. Regardless, still a great location and good value for money, just would be concerned about splurging, without going to the BEST room they have, or stay in a simple room.

Chose this spot for a last minute vacation! I think this spot is perfect for someone who wants to explore the area!! We were about 3 blocks away from the beach and everything was walking distance! Room was nice and clean, they even gave us detergent to use for the laundry room and the gym was well equipped!! I wanted this trip to be more of an exploring trip and this was the perfectly placed hotel! Everything was walking distance and staff was amazing! Will be staying here again!!

The property is refreshingly modern. Lovely common riverside patio. Location is great…peaceful walk along the island to the Malecon. Area has plenty of eating options, feels safe and has transportation right across the street. The riverside rooms are extreme small though. With the king size bed, there is barely room to walk around the bed and no room for 2 suitcases. No counter space around the sink in the bathroom either.

We got a room on kayak and then found out it was an “interior room” with a window to a lit hallway and no AC. I’m sure other rooms are nicer but check the small print. Also the hot tub is a warm tub which was a bummer. Staff is very friendly though

Great hotel

I loved my stay here. The property feels brand new. Everything is very modern. Hardwood floors throughout. Everything was very clean. The gym was nice. Staff was friendly. Great location. I know some reviews mentioned issues with hallway noise and climate control but I had no issues. Highly recommended.

The property is clean and tidy. The design is very modern. There’s easy access to dining and transportation and it’s at Zona Romantica. I recommended booking for a room with a river view. Their best asset is their staff. Alex, Alexis, and of course, Alejandro (Omar?) were very nice to me during my stay. I will surely come back.

Excellent location. External noises sometimes disturbed our sleep. They are not flexible with early check in or late check out but allow luggage storage and use of common area. No fridge or coffee maker in rooms. Polite staff.

Nice and clean

Over all it was nice and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi temperature was not warm enough for my taste and the jets were not very strong.

OK hotel; good location

Good option if you intend to visit PVR and work remotely. Well located in the Romantic zone, which is very popular and sought after. That said, there's a few things to consider. The room can either be very hot or very cold. Like many hotels, they have moved towards room cleaning every 3 days, with the option of tidying daily on request. Bring you're own soap bar as a backup. The king bed, although a luxury, was extremely hard and may be uncomfortable for most people. The washroom is on the very small side, even for 1 person.

I loved staying at this property. Its has an artsy and minimalistic feel. Room and beddings were very clean. The hotel needs newer towels as some are old and torn and the bathroom has mold growing in some corners. Overall my stay was good and I would book again.
