The rooftop pool was the highlight of our PV visit - we could've spent our entire vacation there. The property is on a busy street but we managed to get around on foot very well - location is central to lots of things around. There was some construction noise from the buildings nearby when we were out on the terrace but that's city living! Maxwell Staff was exceptional throughout. The Pool Bar staff was awesome. (The Valet/Front Desk staff could use some customer service help.) We'll definitely be back and stay here again!

The SoHo house seems to rented out thru Maxwell Residences. The concierge service thru Maxwell House was excellent but there was the worst service at the SoHo House. We were told to drink our whole bottle of water we brought up to the pool or they would not give us a towel. This comes the day after we spent $300 on our pool bill. We didn’t realise they only wanted us to buy their a van Water, which is fine if that is the policy, but they were very very rude about it. The last day the elevators were broken. No one bothered to try and help us with our bags down eight flights of steps, didn’t tell the cab driver that was waiting in the lobby that the elevators were down and we were at a different place. Everyone just looked at us and was rude and offered no help.

We stayed in a corner unit on 7th floor. The unit was spotless, modern and provided everything needed. The rooftop infinite pool and bar setup on the 15th floor is world class with spectacular views looking over Zona Romantica and the ocean with a great wait staff. Plenty of sun or shade options around the pool. Can’t imagine a nicer rooftop setup anywhere! Easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops and beach. The only negative is that road noise was so loud it made it impossible to relax and enjoy time on the beautiful patio outside our unit. Amazingly, road noise was almost non-existent around the rooftop pool and bar 8 stories above our unit. Our Concierge was very attentive and willing to help with anything needed.

We will be back next January

Absolutely perfect vacation. The hotel was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very safe, appreciated the extra steps to keep access to our floors/rooms limited. Check-in/checkout was easy. Having the option to stock our fridge before arrival was a bonus. View from the room was only surpassed by the pool.
