Awesome location for a first trip in PV, right where loungeable beaches, boardwalk, local shopping & dining meet. Friendly staff who are ready to help. Being vegetarian, I particularly enjoy the breakfast options: chilaquiles, nopales, potatos cooked in multiple delicious ways, conchas, even good old oatmeal, eggs and pancakes made your way. The facilities are a little bit dated but everything else makes up for it. Because of its location, it can get noisy, but not in an annoying way. Live music typically stops by 10pm. Since the dining room is right on the beach, you will be approached by a non-stop stream of street vendors if your table is on the edge. I don’t mind as they’re just hardworking people trying to make a living and they are not aggressive in their approach.

The property is in a perfect location with access to a beautiful sandy beach. The hotel is in the Romantic zone with everything you need steps away. Shops, cafes, churches, parks and the Malecon which is a great way to spend the evening taking a walk along the lively boardwalk. The only negative was the hotels strict enforcement of wearing their bracelet even if not paying for all inclusive. They have certain staff watching you and rudely escorting you to front desk to verify. The wait staff though is excellent and friendly.

The hotel is nowhere near a 4 stars as listed. It is very noisy, does not offer lotion not conditioner in the bathroom. The rooms barebones and the mattress very hard.i was told that this hotel does not offer any rooms with a king bed that has any kind of view… Very conveniently located in the heart of the Zona Romantica where you can walk just about anywhere and it has its own private beach a big plus. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, things just felt off. The hotel conditions were below average — definitely not what you’d expect for the price. The staff came across as unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even more frustrating. The so-called “all-inclusive” package was anything but. We kept running into unexpected charges, and it felt like more of a gimmick than a perk. To top it off, our room keys kept deactivating, and since we were on the fourth floor with a broken elevator, we had to keep going up and down the stairs just to get help at the front desk. The entertainment was a complete letdown. Instead of a proper sound system or live performances, they played music from a Bluetooth speaker that kept cutting out. When I tried to play some music that others around me were actually enjoying, I was told I couldn’t. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. I was expecting a relaxing, fun vacation — instead, I left frustrated and let down. Definitely won’t be returning.

Room AC barely worked. AC leaked onto floor from ceiling and leak behind toilet onto floor in bathroom and rooms keys never worked. Pool was nice but no control over everyone claiming chairs with their towels but never showing up for hours. Nobody regulated it so getting a seat was hard and limited. Staff was nice but the room was below average.

The staff were very good. They work well with the tools they have. That being said! We were first put in a room that was not what was advertised! The door frames had a gap that you could easily see through to the patio. The rooms were very old, hair, toilet broken, shower only had hot water, I pulled the blow dryer off of the wall, bees swarmed the hall, smell of poison near dead bees in the morning and cockroach! Needless to say we moved to the other side of the property and much better. Be warned

100% would not recommend this resort. 1st room we were given was the size of a broom closet with a dead cockroach on the floor and a doorframe that looked as if it had been kicked in. The furniture was old and scratched and there was a beehive on the balcony. There was only one working plug in the entire room. The shower water only came out at one temperature no matter how much you manipulated the hot/cold handles. Was moved to a 2nd room the next day after going downstairs and threatening to leave the resort. The new room was larger and more updated, but it smelled terribly of mold and the sound of construction in the adjoining room was nearly unbearable. When I say smelled of mold think laundry left wet in a washing machine for a week smelly. The food “option” was one buffet that had 8 or 9 choices total. Always some type of stewed meat and other random dishes that were of low quality and taste. The bar and wait staff weren’t attentive and acted like they were being put out when asked to bring anything. The “all inclusive” drink package was all bottom shelf, and the only beer option was whatever swill was coming out of the warm tap. The location is good for roaming around the malecon, but get ready to spend all day telling aggressive peddlers no. The beach staff was good, and we have no complaints as it relates to that. All in all we were terribly disappointed with our experience, since it was prepaid I felt held hostage. We will not be back!!!

The hotel and staff were great. It's just a short walk to the Malecon, and there are plenty of shops and food stands nearby, which made everything very convenient. My only complaint is that the pool doesn’t open until 10 a.m., and you have to go out to the beach to get and return beach towels. Not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient. Beach towels need to be returned in order to check out no exceptions unless you want to pay a fee. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would stay here again if the price is right.
