My return to Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa was a nostalgic event, my fifth visit in 12 years. The resort consistently impresses with cleanliness, exceptional staff, and prime location. The property's hygiene is impeccable, thanks to hardworking staff who strive for attention to detail.
The staff are exceptional, friendly, professional, and attentive. Their dedication ensures a smooth stay with no issue too big or small. The location is unbeatable, safe, walkable, and close to restaurants, attractions, and transportation options.
Dining at Mi Pueblito Restaurant as part of the all-inclusive is impressive, offering diverse culinary offerings that cater to every taste preference. The comfortable beds ensure restful nights' sleep. However, two minor issues arose: lack of hot water for showering and a room door not fitting properly.
Despite these inconveniences, my stay was outstanding. I highly recommend Playa Los Arcos to anyone seeking a memorable Puerto Vallarta getaway. If future upgrades or renovations are planned, I encourage the hotel management to address these minor issues to ensure continued satisfaction from long-time guests like myself.
