Overall Review - Great experience especially for cost but I’d say it’s more of a 3/3.5 star resort - Staff are wonderful - Always clean - Right on the beach - Quieter resort which is nice - Love that there’s a kids pool too - Shows are pretty good - just an older audience that’s why it doesn’t seem as ‘hype’ (Mexican traditional singing & dance, fire show (so cool!), karaoke, singers) - almost always food options (buffet, food truck, pizza, snack bar) - I feel like there could’ve been better signage on the menu at the snack bar - seemed to be some confusion - Towel service was great and easy - Drinks are good and the pool bar is fun too - very accessible to walk around town and c convenience store right down the street - Gym is decent , few machines , some benches you can’t adjust. They maintain the cardio machines well but the free weights/machines can use an upgrade - Hot tub closed - Only one ‘sit in’ restaurant - Only 2 menu themes (Mexican/Italian) - Buffet is good mostly average but still good - tended to be a lot of repetitive food Excursions: - we did the city tour - Overall, still a good experience, but some of the stops felt like they were just trying to get us to buy things - Tequila tasting was a highlight. Too long at the end there as well. - They did mention that you can buy food at the tequila tasting place, but it was quite overpriced, and that was the only option - Church was cool - Jewelry/leather shops were boring - prefer more free time

The staff was great and the food was very good, especially in the a la cart restaurant. The property is older and our room was outdated and in need of updating. The common areas were quite nice however there is a shortage of chairs and lounges in the pool and beach areas during busy times. The internet is only available in common areas and is very unreliable. The overall experience was good with the exception of the unreliable internet access. Located in an area that is walkable to many businesses and restaurants.

Resort was good. Did was good except the buffet was either good or really bad. The special restaurant was really really bad. Stay was good had to get a new room because it was really a dump. They upgraded us to a really nice room for free though. After talking to other people staying there it seems they just fill the bad rooms for until you complain then they upgrade you. No matter what you book. Don't bother with the concierge. They just want you to take a tour of the next door resort and book another vacation. Not a time share but it sure feels like it. There's a little market across the street full of massage places, pharmacies, tourist shopping and excursion activities. Go there instead of the resort. Way cheaper. The Beach is very nice and the ocean was a bit rough but the water was not too cold. I have it 3 stars but I would go back. I would just eat of the resort more. Uber is your friend in PV!

The food was excellent every day. Did not have a bad meal. The staff were incredibly friendly. The resort is older but we knew prior to booking and great value for cost. Was within walking distance of Malecon and many shops. We cannot wait to come back next year! Thia was the first time we booked 2wks in PV and would come back to this resort!

The staff were amazing always smiling friendly and attentive. The room was Fairly clean but very old and needs some painting and plumbing fixed. Hot water was hit and miss if we had it or didn’t. No wifi in rooms only pool or lobby area. The food was below average and very little options. Resort was full so they ran out of bottled water. Very noisy in hallways and walls are paper thin. Could hear neighbors conversations. Staff were loud in the mornings yelling down the hallways. Asked them to lower their voices and they laughed.

This is a small resort that is partly timeshare owners. We found that the staff in the food & beverage areas were excellent. The disappointing part is that the staff at the front desk were close to being rude. The rooms are definitely dated with chips in the bathtub and mirror, however you don't spend much time in your room so we didn't think this was an issue. Though it's an all inclusive, the restaurant charges for food! The buffet is free though and though small, they do a good job of trying to mix it up. I would go back, but if you are looking for more food options or a larger place, this isn't for you.
