Small Hotel with only two floors of rooms around a central open atrium. Great staff on the front desk, always able to help and answer my questions. Ninfa was especially helpful and good person. This hotel is close to many local restaurants and food cards. The hotel staff do a great job in cleaning the rooms. I would recommend it and I would stay here again.

The staff was the friendliest! always there to help. the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. nice pool on the roof excellent location. wish there was a small refridgerator but will definetly stay here again

Nice room with two bathrooms, a living and kitchen area and a bedroom. The rooftop pool was pretty cool. The staff were great too. Water dispensers on everyfloor. One of the best parts about staying here was the location. So many things to do, see and eat. An amazing taco shop right next door and a short walk to the beach. A bit on the louder side but that is to be expected with such a location.

The one improvement this property could use is a card entry system. Only providing guests with one physical key makes it tough for families and rooms. Other than that, place was good. Staff were excellent and rooms were clean.

This was an older property and the pictures on Orbitz did not even come close to what the property look like our room felt like it was a storage room with two double beds. You could not get out of either bed on one side and there was only about 2 1/2 feet between the beds at the head of the bed. It was against the wall and the foot of the bed was about 2 1/2 feet to the Chest that held the TV. There was no closet and after a week there was ants in one of the beds, the pool area only had four lounge chairs. The restaurant was only open until 1 o’clock, which really wasn’t a restaurant. It was more of a snack bar. There was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room when we got there and it took a week and a half to get one I needed refrigerator for my Diabetes medicine to be refrigerated so I had to go buy a Styrofoam chest and then there was no ice so I had to go buy the ice at the nearest convenience store. I almost was going to go to another hotel but only very expensive ones were available. The host Were very nice and knew the correct answers to give you to think that they were trying to do their best there were a major construction project with lots of noise across the street, but I can understand they have no control on that again. The pictures almost of our room was Not even close to what we thought we had purchased with the hotel.

This is an old building. It looks totally different than the pictures in Expedia. The pool is small, the water pressure is low and sometimes there is just a trickle of hot water. But, it’s a nice, solid hotel and the staff is wonderful.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was super clean and the pool was great. We are a couple traveling with our Boston Terrier puppy. We will definitely stay here again. 😊🌴☀️🐾

We had the master suite. The room was really nice and clean. Water pressure was on the low side. But that seems to be an issue all over town not just the hotel. The pool area was also nice and very clean. The staff were amazing. All of them were very friendly and attentive. And would go out of their way to help out. Down side my husband is a light sleeper and was bothered by early morning construction noise from across the street. ( not the hotels fault) ear plugs helped but you still hear it. Over all experience was easily 9/10 and we will both stay here agian. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

This hotel has a great location . Close to restaurants and beach. Happy with cleanliness. Our double master suite however wasn’t the best. It started smelling bad after a day (sewer smell). Double beds can’t really fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers since mattresses are worn in middle and make you roll to each other. Kitchen was insufficient for 4 people: 2 mugs, 2 knives etc…The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sit on…let alone sleep on it. The put 1 sheet on it making us wonder if this was supposed to be a bed( but what to do with 1 sheet…). The worst experience came at checkout. We were charged 35 CAD for stains on a sheet (a Mexican hemd we bought must have rubbed off). This price is ridiculous, I don’t pay that much even in Canada. Also, cleaning staff apparently count every towel you get and they actually claimed there were towels missing and were ready to charge us for it. While it was the cleaners that took them without replacing. They also left us without toilet paper one day. I didn’t want to let all this ruin my vacation so I didn’t complain but our experience at checkout spoiled our holiday in the end. Be warned!

Many restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach area. It’s a lively area. You need to be patient to get a shower at least on the third floor. Low water pressure and long wait for hot water. Construction across the street made for a lot of noise by the pool.
