There was a group of 37 women who were allowed to reserve 37 lounges at the bar pool with towels. When I arrived at 8 a.m no one was there so I moved one of the towels. (They had taken all the lounges in the sun). Soon after the leader of the group started a huge fight, then all her friends arrived and all ganged up on me. They called security who explained to them that they weren't allowed to reserve lounges. It continued for 30 minutes of these bullies harassing me and telling me how they hate white people. The harassment and bullying continued the rest of my trip (four more days) and almost escalated into a physical confrontation. 15 of them were extremely drunk and gathered around me. I'm an older lady and wanted to beat me up. There needs to be signs about reserving lounges and the rule needs to be enforced without the client having to complain. I absolutely loved the resort but this ruined my vacation. I've talked about this with 20,000 on my YouTube channel and you're getting a LOT of bad press.

While the budet and mid day pool cafe were great ,the food in the restaurants was not good at all. Sad really.... The intertainment was not engaging during the day and fitness is not on par with any other resorts.

The resort is actually nice. The restaurants were not good with the exception of the buffet and the mexican restaurant, other then that they were bad. I did like that they do have good entertainment every night. My review is compared on other resorts i have a stayed at like secretes de vine.
