The hotel is top-notch when it comes to cleanliness, facilities, service, and food. Everything exceeded expectations, especially the attentive waitstaff and overall quality. The only area for improvement would be the pool area—specifically, a larger pool, more shaded cabanas, and additional trees to enhance comfort and ambiance.

We just got back today and let me tell you about this place it was FANTASTIC. The Entertainment was fantastic. We were there for five days and we could not go to all of them. Everything was so great. We will definitely be back.

All the staff are very friendly and cater to your needs. Bartender Rodolfo and charley took the best care of us everytime! So many great things to say about this place but those beds were one of the most comfiest i have ever laid on! Recommend 10/10

A little far away from puerta Vallarta. It is in Nuevo Vallarta which is up and coming but far away from town. However they are very accommodating with taxis and the rest of our stay was amazing.
