There was no hair conditioner available. There was no real A/C just a ceiling fan. The safe was broken, we closed it and then could not open that to take out our belongings. We needed to call a technician to fix it. The staff was kind and friendly.

The staff was super courteous with decent service. The bars around the property are really good with fantastic chouces and quality of drinks. The bartenders are nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious with an all inclusive bar. They replace the bar drinks every 2 days. The bar had a Rum, Gin , whiskey and a vodka bottle with plenty of beer and soda. The pools were well maintained especially the kiddy pools. There are 4 restaurants with decent food choices for non vegetarians but limited choices for vegetarian.

Nice resort, not too big but never felt crowded. Restaurants were good quality, especially the buffet. Room was clean and exactly like the pictures. Very nice staff, especially the entertainment team, who seemed to be everywhere offering to help out.
