They times the people were performing they didn’t tell us so it would be times at night where it was just loud and I got no rest. Also the taxi services they provided were terrible and they were making up prices

pleasant surprise

We normally don't stay at all inclusive resorts preferring to travel outside the resort to take in the local offerings. This was such a good deal we decided to give it a try. Nice surprise, the food choices were all good, the facilities well maintained and very clean. The staff as in most Mexican resorts extremely pleasant, flexible and accommodating. Our room was well appointed and comfortable and the hotel is located on one of the est beaches in Vallarta.

First time staying at Riu and didn’t like the resort at all. No hair conditioner, no toothbrush or toothpaste. When I asked for them, they told me I have to buy from gift shop which is super expensive. Towels all types are worn out/ so over used. The buffet so messy, food so unorganized and not pleasing to the eyes. The pool water suppppper salty like no other pool. The staff though are so nice and friendly
