This was an absolutely fantastic stay for us. All the staff were kind, helpful and cared so much about us and made us feel so welcomed. The resort was always clean, they held standards for guests so there was no baligerant drunk people. It was a truly an amazing experience that we will return for.

we didn’t like the restaurants food, we don’t eat pork products , although there was variety of foods, but overall didn’t taste good, also, the bathroom didn’t have a safety bar for elderly or disable person, because toilet was low and would make it difficult for elderly person to get up, but we enjoyed the warm pool and the entertainment at nights, also the aqua gym was great and the area was so clean , staff were also helpful and friendly.

We just stayed 12 days. We are experienced travelers and this is our second stay at a Riu. This resort BY FAR hits all of the vacation points that a person searches for. My wife and I talked this morning and couldn’t think of one thing that we experienced that wasn’t top notch. Staff go out of their way to make sure your experience is special. BIG shout out to the entertainment staff especially Christopher they really keep things exciting and you can truly see they enjoy their jobs!!!!! 5 out of 5 for us for all the right reasons!!!!
