Perfect Family Getaway with Amazing Entertainment

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Family Vacation Experience! We had a fantastic family trip at Hotel Riu Vallarta! The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the food options were plentiful throughout the day. What really stood out was the entertainment team especially Frida and Jorge, who were both incredibly friendly and engaging. They made sure there were fun activities for everyone in the family, including our teenagers, who usually don’t get excited about resort games. Thanks to Frida and Jorge, they got involved in ping pong tournaments and volleyball matches and genuinely felt included and welcomed. That made the trip even more memorable for us. Every evening was packed with high-quality entertainment from live music and circus shows to karaoke night. There was always something fun going on, and the vibe around the resort was lively and family friendly. We truly appreciate the care and effort from the hotel staff and activity coordinators. The wellness spa center was way too expensive! But down by the beach there were more affordable options. The hotel lobby reception and check in area was great! Buffet options and variety were excellent. We had a room with a sofa bed that was not clean and smelled like musty and wet, even upon entering the room it was musty smelling. I went the next day and told the lobby about the bad experience with the soda bed and we were changed to a different room that had more space and a bed. It was much better. The second room was great, smelled excellent and was significantly cleaner! Overall great options for the price we paid, would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The rooms were clean but outdated, and there was a musty smell in the room. The bathroom did not provide conditioner. The buffet food was disappointing, with very little variety. The flavors were very average, the desserts were poor, and the drinks were terrible. The French restaurant was also a big disappointment. On the positive side, the staff were very kind and friendly. Overall, it was just an average hotel.
