This place is absolutely beautiful , stayed in the Cortez suite . No words gotta check it out yourself. Staff is also, so nice and attentive to all your needs definitely will be staying again and only a 10min walk to the beach

Beautiful hotel with eclectic style, 2 pools, a giant hot tub and great staff. A short walk to many restaurants, the beach and shopping. Javier at the front desk gave us great suggestions and made sure we were happy with our stay. Quite a view from our 5th floor room! We will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This boutique hotel had a retro motif with a lot of interesting detail. The breakfasts were in line with my diet. This hotel is pet friendly and in a good area for walking dogs along the riverside. I found the Gabriella room to be a little cramped with the king size bed.

Gorgeous hotel built with lots of attention to detail, decorated with tasteful furniture and unusual artwork. Rooms are very spacious and with comfortable mattresses (we stayed in 2 different rooms during our 7 night stay, both had a nice large balcony overlooking the river). Hotel is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Zona Romantica and the Malecon. We did hear barking dogs during some nights, but otherwise it was very peaceful. Lots of amenities: heated infinity pool and a bar on the rooftop with stunning views, jacuzzi on a different level, plus 2 more pools elsewhere on the property. Front staff was wonderful (thank you, Javier!). The staff all spoke good English and were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room located in the original part of the hotel [which used to be a private house], and though relatively simple, it was well prepared. Would love to stay there again!

This property was so stunning and very clean. We enjoyed their rooftop pool, which has a great view and we felt our room was nice and comfortable. Staff were warm and welcoming and the resident cats were adorable. My only complaint is that was very noisy at night as the locals that live next to the hotel had many barking dogs and they would bark very late at night and throughout odd times in the morning. I’d definitely bring earplugs. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.
