We paid for all inclusive. We had to pay to go to the SuperBowl watch party which we didnt have to last year. We also had to pay to get our room fridge filled which was never filled even after calling twice to have it filled. Luckily we werent charged for something we didnt get. Service this year was poor compared to last year.

I liked the location I didnt like the excessive over charge for drinks. I didnt like the fact that some rooms right below mine allowed smoking on their open balconies as the smoke entered my room .I liked the room size and the bathrooms. Maid service was first class.

Wow! Beautiful rooms, view, pool! Convenient cafe with Starbucks for breakfast. But, didn’t realize we were signing up for a 90-minute presentation. However, they released us from the “gifts” and presentation after four polite ‘no thank-yous’.
