Excellent stay. Loft style makes it very spacious. Staff responsive via WhatsApp. Clean room, no upholstery. Fairly noisy from street as well as hotel common areas (not very soundproof) and some furniture in the room could do with some fixing but nothing too major. Overall very enjoyable and location is fantastic.

This is a really cool place. It's an older property that has had a massive renovation and overhaul. The imagination that went into the renovation is only equaled by the quality of construction. All in all it is a beautiful place. It is right at the end of the Malecon and we thought the rooms might be noisy, but they have good soundproofing and you don't hear much from the street. Super convenient location with 100s of stores and dining option in walking distance. It is also a block to the beach and has 2 oxxo stores within a block. If I could add anything to this hotel, a small pool on the 2nd floor deck would have been nice, but que serra, I won't let that stop me from coming back, it's a great place.

Very friendly staff, the walls and floors are very thin so you can hear pretty much everything from the next room over. Has a convenient vending machine for late night snacks.

They took forever to check us out making us late to our flight they asked for a 500 peso cash deposit .and when we chocked out they charged us 200 pesos for leaving one of the towels dirty . Had a little sand from the beach

The ONLY possible improvement the Loft could make is to put either a step, ramp or a handrail at the huge step up from the main room to the bathroom. Otherwise an updated delightful place to stay with wonderful staff!

We stayed 1 night in family suite with ocean view. Our suite was more like apartment. This is little boutique hotel not big chain hotels. We loved that vibe. The staffs were nice both day and night. In family suite, There were 3 air conditioners in our suites which works perfect. 2 bathrooms both rain showers. Kitchen with big fridge and all the tools(no dishwasher). Spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Our suite was top end with few stairs. There is elevator but still some steps after that. If your mobility is challenged, keep in mind. The suite itself is 2 floors. Our suite wasn’t noisy at all at night. The hotel is on pretty busy street. I guess noise issue (saw in some reviews) depends on room locations. Walk around Malecon and el Centro is beautiful. Many taxis just outside of hotels. Definitely will stay here again when we visit puerto Vallarta.
