My son vomite I agree to pay an extra fee but they wanted to charge us 2 times more then what I pay per night to clean the vomite that was crazy amount and I only pay them the same 1 time what I pay for the night .they had a terrible actitude over it .. I understand we did bad by vomiting but is hard to control getting sick in Mexico and I was willing to pay but not what they wanted ..we did not damage anything it was just cleaning the vomite but they treat us bad over it

Overall good.
The hotel room provided a full fridge in the room but not a coffee machine, we found this odd as it was common in all other hotels we stayed at during our 3 week holiday.

My room was for 5. Size was fine. The bathroom downstairs does not have a sink so you have to use kitchen sink. Water levels in toilets super low for eco friendliness. Too many stairs. I was traveling with my elderly parents they had to help me with my luggage. They offer coffee in the am. We had ocean view room. The umbrella did not work. The bathroom Was very big with lots of very hot water. I liked that I did not see bugs.

I really liked this place. It was right by the malicon.It had parking in the back.I highly recommend it.And I will definitely be coming here again on my next trip to porto vallarda.I rented two rooms, 14 my two sons that are nineteen and sixteen and 14 me, and my sister and everything was perfect

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located in the Romantic Zone and walking distance to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again.

Huge loft bedroom and ensuite. Large deck with great view and comfortable chairs. Friendly and efficient staff. Property very clean. Right at the end of the malecon!

Beds were so hard couldn’t sleep, they provided a 1/2” foam pad that was useless. Our stove top did not work, they provided a two burner portable unit that was missing one foot so it was not level causing your pots to slide off, the microwave as well was missing a foot. Air conditioner only in the kitchen, living room area our room with two beds no air was extremely hot had to sleep on the couch to stay cool. Asked multiple times to have the safe fixed as it was partially dismantled they never responded to this. Kitchen had minimal kitchen wear difficulty to cook, our booking was 18 days, after 7 days we moved to a new place, the loft offered no refund for the balance of the 11 days,
