Loved the location. Pool is not heated and small(just for sitting in). But the roof top area has a great view of the river and the bay. Room was excellent value with the kitchen having everything you need to make a meal and the staff were friendly but unfortunately the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I would not stay there again because we couldn’t get a good nights sleep on the bed. That being said if you can get past the bed this hotel was lovely!

Totally loved it! Safe, colorful, & full of plants

Absolutely love to this place! Although not a five-star, it's full of charm, old Mexican wooden doors, colorful tiles on the stairwells, and tons of plants and flowers. A four-story mango tree in the central Courtyard just tops it all off. Would absolutely stay here again! Felt safe with my daughter traveling, and the people were wonderful!

this is right in the heart of everything from the beach, shopping, great food, clubs excursion pick ups. Can be a bit noise at times given vendors are around and people drive crazy but this is a great way to access everything. A little hard to communicate with the staff if you don’t speak Spanish (which I don’t) but they are super nice

We really liked the property. the only complaint we had was charging us for a couple towels with very little stains. never in the 28 years Ive been going to PVR have I been charged for such a small stain( or any stain on a towel). Not appropriate!!!

This is an excellent location. Wonderfully close to the Malecón and the Zona Romántica. The rooms are a little dated but always kept clean. We loved being able to cook and reheat food. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We would happily stay here again. Downside: bed is extremely firm! If you like sleeping on rock then you will be comfortable. We brought inflatable sleeping pads and that helped a lot.
