Great suite and front staff.
We had a great stay. The people at the front (Angie and Jessica) were amazing and helpful. They gave us all the information we needed with restaurants, stores, transportation etc. And they were great when we needed anything for our suite. Prompt and courteous. They made our stay worthwhile. The suite was great with a nice kitchen and dining area. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and we had plenty of towels. The service staff was also very attentive. Always asking if we needed anything and letting us know when they were cleaning to make sure we didn't slip or slide on our way to the suite. Overall it was a great stay. Unfortunately when we left we forgot to leave a tip for the cleaning staff. It is the first time that my wife and I have forgotten to do that. We had to leave quickly and she thought I was leaving a tip and I thought she had left a tip. We are very sorry we didn't leave a tip.

El cuarto tenia un fuerte olor a mariscos. Belen de recepción muy amable, pero su compañera a la hora de asistirlo con un malentendido de la reserva nada amable y al parecer hasta molesta.

Family friendly
Hotel is family friendly, very clean and upkept room and pool. Location is on a busy street. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room has newer AC with ice cold air making our stay more comfortable. We stayed in a bungalow with kitchenette with appliances. Overall stay could have been more comfortable if pillows and mattress were upgraded, both were stiff- these could be upgraded any time soon.

La privacidad es muy mala, el baño de esta habitación numero "1", tiene una ventila en donde es observable el interior desde las ventanas de las otras propiedades externas, las cortinas son insuficientes para cubrir puertas corredizas, hay ventanas sin cortinas la luz es molesta al amanecer y el ruido es bastante, la piscina esta sucia, el personal es intolerante con el check out, si te tardas media hora en entregar la habitación te quieren cobrar 200 pesos y si es mas el tiempo, te cobran la estancia de 1 noche, es importante detallar que hay muchos hoteles en rincón de guayabitos que toleran hasta las 13:00 hrs la entrega de la habitación y puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones de piscina y regaderas hasta las 18:00 hrs por si quieres seguir en la playa el resto del día, y no a las 11:00 hrs para abandonar las instalaciones, realmente este hotel no es nada barato ni nada complaciente con sus huéspedes. ojo tampoco te dejan jabón de barra solo jabón liquido, en general un servicio regular.

El hotel es mucho más pequeño de lo que aparece en la foto y sencillo. El pueblo es terrible, lleno de basura embolsada que el servicio del municipio no recoge. Huele mal por donde quiera, me sorprende que se mencione tan poco esta situación. Da vergüenza..
