We reserved a King bed, but got two doubles…and a very noisy spot…not ideal, but survived the one night…it would have been nice for the front desk to fell us in on restaurants, and amenities of the resort

My stay at the resort was wonderful love the property. Luis our host upon arrival was very nice, helpful, very easy to talk to. Great service with check in receptionist juan very nice. The down fall is if your not a retired person, this place isn't for you. Also they took us on a tour to valla del plamar flamingo beach resort very nice place. DID NOT LIKE how we were treated with Fernanda and her boyfriend just because we didn't Purchase anything at the moment she was very Persistent and didn't like the results. So she had to call her boyfriend over so he could give us a low blow and how live my life and the chocies i make talk about my mother that they have no business talking about or even knowing about my Situation. Over all i DID NOT LIKE THEM OR THEY'RE ATTITUDES. The original property we stayed at was amazing. Food was great. servers were also very nice, pools were clean.

My husband and I enjoyed this property very much. There was an area around the pool that had many activities during the day with music playing. If you wanted something a bit more relaxing you could go to the pool closer to the sand which is where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed all the food and the staff was amazing. We will definitely be returning.

My family came here last year and we thought it was amazing. This year, not so much. They are tearing down this resort to make way for a new one. They got rid of the Sportsbar and they had a place that served Mexican tacos for lunch, they are gone now. We waited an hour for our food at the Italian restaurant at lunch. Let me say though that the waiters work very hard here and they are fantastic. We arrived early, a little after 1:30, we were told our room was currently being cleaned and to come back at 3, no problem, we went to eat and came back at 2:50, the room which was supposedly being cleaned at 1:30 still was not ready. Clearly our room was not being cleaned when front desk said it was. I went up to look myself at 3pm and they just started. Our room did not end up being ready until 4pm. They tried to clean our room at 5:30 one day, ridiculous, rooms should all have been clea ed before them. Front desk staff were pleasant but clearly didn’t care that we were upset. They did nothing and when our room was finally ready, they didn’t say anything to us, I had to go up and check to see if the room was done. The crepe ladies are excellent and they work very hard, leave them a tip! We decided we won’t be back to our experience. Please note the pool is clean and large and they have three, one large heated pool, one large quiet pool, not heated and one small kiddy pool, all very clean. Security puts the no reserve signs on the chairs which is great.

This was our second time at this resort. We like that you can choose to do all inclusive or not. There are so many other restaurants in romantic zone, marina, and old town, etc to discover! The property is well kept, clean and in a good location in the hotel zone. While rooms need updating, they are still fine, as we spend very little time in them! I would recommend this hotel. There are several pool activities for kids/adults during the day. Overall- great for families, and couples, not a party spring break type of resort.

The food choice was limited and quite bland. The service was very slow but pleasant, mostly. If you didn’t have inclusive the prices were astronomical and the entertainment was awful. They tried but it wasn’t very good. Everything and I mean everything shuts at 10. The beach was unusable due to foot traffic and peddlers and there were not enough pool side seats( which early risers claimed with towels) areound the two small pools. The occupation was greater than its capacity to provide for guests.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. Each staff member was so kind and helpful. They really took the time to make sure my group was happy and taken care of, especially Luis who helped us book beach front massages for my birthday and just went above and beyond! The food was unbelievably good, our favorite was the Italian restaurant! Our room was outstanding, and the pools were clean and one of them was very warm. We had an all around amazing time and can't wait to come back!!!

Nice resort

This is a really nice hotel. Very clean and employees are very nice. The only cons about this place is that they try to get you to go watch a presentation. I politely said no and he hasn't pushy at all. The water situation was a little weird. I would be in the middle of a shower and multiple times the water would just shut off. Overall it's a very nice resort to stay at.
