Excellent location, close to everything, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommended for your stay in PV. The only thing missing was parking, but everything else was great.

Everything was really good

It was important that we had a balcony. And the management took it upon themselves too allow my daughter and I to sign a release. And it was so wonderful we enjoyed our room at 413. The beds were very comfortable in the shower had a lot of pressure and the view was amazing pool and ocean. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic.

The place overall is great! Only gripes are it's a bit of a slog to get a surfboard to the good spot, like 4 blocks of walking. Also my room didn't have a microwave or toaster those items would have been appreciated!

Beautiful property staff was extremely rude on multiple occasions. Will never come back

They describe their suites as two bedroom when in reality they’re just two single units with a connecting door. We were a party of five expecting a suite with a common area and that was not provided. In the end we had to pay for an extra room to accommodate everyone comfortably. It’s a shame because the amenities, food and location are nice. But would not return to this hotel due to their dishonest and misleading room descriptions.
