Rooms were well maintained and very clean. The lady at reception couldn’t have been more helpful. A fantastic place to stay

Very cool place!

Convenient stress free stay

We stayed at JetPark Hotel Hamilton Airport for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. 1. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with visible hair across the floor. 2. The basin was also unclean, and we ended up having to clean it ourselves. 3. The basin leaked onto the floor whenever it was used. 4. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and shifted when sitting down, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, the toilet roll provided was wet, which should never occur in any hotel. 5. The room’s TV setup was disappointing. There was no smart TV functionality (YouTube, Netflix, etc.), and guests were expected to connect their own devices to watch their own content. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to connect mine. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard expected of a modern hotel. JetPark Hotel Hamilton Airport usually has a good reputation, so this stay was disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests. I look forward to your response to my concerns. Kind regards,

Friendly staff, perfect location for waitomo area and very comfy beds!!!

The staff at this motel were lovely and very helpful but after staying in Studio units all over the country, we found everything rather dismal, especially for the price. The carpet, bed coverings, cushions and toilet seat were all stained and although it might have only been stains it didn't fill us with confidence. The windows were dirty, curtains mismatched, carpet looked like it may have been puked on at some stage so bare feet were not an option. The only electricals were a kettle, tv and a heater, tea and coffee not replenished on second day, two little bars of soap. In contrast we stopped for the night on Taupos waterfront for $15 per night extra, spotlessly clean, hair drier, handwash, bodywash and shampoo, towel heater in the lovely bathroom, the kettle, a toaster, microwave, 2 element cooktop, crisp white sheets, fluffy white towels and face cloths, heatpump, TV, phone......it was like a palace!
