Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dining and attractions. Breakfast service was excellent. Waited on by most friendly staff person. Attentive as we had young children with us. My only complaint be floor surface in pool area. To slippery two of our family members fell.

Upon checking out, our receipt was for an amount almost $31.00 less that the amount Expedia charged to my credit card. THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS. I called the hotel and asked about the discrepancy of THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS. What I learned was that this is the amount Expedia charged to handle the booking for a one-night stay. THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS for a one-night stay! Sorry, Expedia, but not sorry. That THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS just cost you a long-time customer! The hotel was GREAT! No complaints at all. In the future, do as I plan to do and book directly with the hotel.

Best place in town!
Our stay was amazing and i would for sure stay again if im ever in that direction. We were in town for my daughters State Playoff. Service was great, very clean rooms and the guy who handles the hot breakfast Mr Billy was awesome and so friendly.

Breakfast with Billy was great. He was attentive, courteous, friendly and the food (esp. the bacon) was great. Need to put a paper guide to the TV and its stations in the room as we all found the TV very confusing. Check in with Expedia was a bit slow -- won't be using Expedia again. Could use larger shampoo and conditioner containers -- they were tiny1

Great Service
This hotel is amazing. From the time you walk in you are met with friendly people. Very helpful. When you go into the dining room you are greeted by Billy. He gets you your breakfast, checks in on you, talks to you and in generally good old fashion service. The staff is the greatest. We needed to change our travel plans going home. We could not get our computer to match to their printer. They offered to have me email it to them and they would print it....all 26 pages!! This hotel offers the kind of service that you generally do not see today. When we go back to Lawrenceburg, we will be staying there, no doubt.
