Very nice stay in Pullman, service was really good. Would recommend they invest in better TVs though that was probably the smallest TV I’ve ever seen in a room. Overall nice place though with good service.

Some hotel rooms have a strange odor to them, stale. The room and whole location was clean and fresh. Also a lovely fully stocked bar Thurs - Saturday open at 4pm. Nice selection for Breakfast food.

Being able to take a hot or even warm shower seems like a given for a hotel. Not with this place. Stayed there 2 nights and didn’t have any truly warm water let alone hot. Walls are paper thin, beds are uncomfortable. I know it’s the Palouse, but put some money into your property Coast! Staff was very nice, but I’m not staying there for the staff.

The property location is excellent and easily accessible to WSU campus. The Propert is clean with ample parking and friendly staff. I had issues with hot water. It seems in the morning, hot water is a scarcity and guest does not get hot water. It seems the management knows about it but did little to address it. The place is pricey, so we expect to get hot water in the morning when everyone is trying to start their day, hence the low rating.
