Things went down very fast. Bathroom door would not close, lamp between beds would not turn on, toilet kept running. Had issues with the TV right away. Once on we could not figure out where to find a guide. Im very savvy with my apps and Direct TV. I some how got to a very weird guide. But it was useless, you couldn't scroll to the right to check out what will be on later and you had to fastly write down the channel u want to watch and the time. I found a channel list on the desk that had channels in numeric order Which is of no use. I tried clicking on the App choices. I have atleast 5 of the ones on the screen. It was impossable to sign into them, every time I got a message that asked me to inter a 4 digit code. After 1.3 hours I then tried to call the front desk. Another big failure. The phones had white paper in-between the buttons but had nothing to identify which was the desk. So i pressed 0 it rang for 10 minutes. I tried out several different numbers. I had my husband go to the front desk and call our room. I first asked what was the 4 digit number ineeded so I can watch my apps. She told me the manager chose to disclose that option as guests would forget to log out of there apps. I replied that in this electronic age most motels have a app dump at check out. I also asked about their guide issues. She said she would have someone bring me one. I told her i have one and its useless, I said look at yours and tell me what time and what station is Hells Kitchen is on

Very disappointed with this stay. The WiFi was in and out for the duration of our stay which made for a total headache for my high school student trying to write & submit a paper, and my husband trying to work remotely. We ended up having to go down the hill to the public library to get WiFi access. The hot tub was also broken for the duration of our trip, despite me calling ahead to verify that they had a hot tub. When we arrived, the front desk gal tried to say that they *did* have a hot tub, it was just operating as a ‘cold spa’ for the time being. What?!? Our online booking showed that we had two adjoining rooms. When we arrived, they had our rooms on two separate floors & said they didn’t offer adjoining rooms-even though there is a box to check during online booking that designated adjoining rooms. Heck, I would have settled for the same hallway! Also, the “free drink” is a total scam. I had to ask for the vouchers at check in. The front desk gal acted like she had no idea what I was talking about & when I showed her the booking feature, she handed me two slips of paper that said “free drink” for 8 of us-I guess it’s one per room, not per guest. We tried to use them, but out of the three nights we stayed, the bar was not open a single evening. Our entire party was pretty frustrated with this stay. The perks? The showers were hot & there were waffles at the continental breakfast.

Breakfast upgrade needed!

We often stay here. The rooms are always clean, well appointed for the price, and comfortable. The staff is efficient and friendly. The location is in proximity to WSU. All good things except...the breakfast is awful. We always check it out to see if there have been any improvements. We're still waiting... Stay here! Just plan to eat breakfast somewhere else.

Parking is definitely easy and convenient! Didn't enjoy the hot tub but look nice from the outside. The location is quiet and room with nice view. Surrounding seems safe! room and common areas are clean and neat. Breakfast was nice, especially with the waffle machine, bagel and sandwiches, it will be super if include boiled eggs... anyway, the coffee is good (serving throughout day & night)!

The room was clean and spacious as was the rest of the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the breakfast option, pool looked a lot better in person than in online photos. I do have a couple minor complaints - the hot tub was out of order. The ice machines on floors 2 and 3 weren't working, but I was able to get ice on the 1st floor. Price for the room was a good value compared to other options in Pullman.

The hotel is not the hotel described on the Expedia website. The amenities throughout were outdated or failed to work. The LG television was equipped to stream popular apps but was constrained to cable programming only. The internet was spotty and the pool and hot tub were freezing or inoperative. At breakfast, guests jostled for access to the scraps remaining as food items, juice, and coffee were not replaced promptly. My wife and I were stunned by how badly this hotel is managed.
