The property was fine, in a good location, clean and reasonably priced. There isn't much better in Pullman, so it is a good place to stay if you are visiting the area. Moscow has shopping and lots to do. There are a few swimming lakes in the area that are worth a visit during the summer months about 40 min away, which was where I spent most of my time.

i booked the room and didn't even stay, that's how horrible the bed was. once i sat on it i left. sleeping on the floor was more comfortable than that bed.

I had dustbunnies on floor near bed from poor vacuuming in additon to the fact I saw a roach as I was leaving the hotel in the hallway. The coffee in lobby was cold when I tried to have an evening cup. And I kept waking up from noise outside the room. It's fine for a quick night to have somewhere to stay but other than that don't go there if you're trying to relax.

Property is old and has not been upgraded. We had to change from our first room due to black mold in the shower. Air conditioner was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep. We were there two nights and no maid service. No bottled water available in vending machines or anywhere that we could find. I could go on. Never again here!

There was stained pillow cases as well as pillows on both beds. Disgusting! The pillows were literally covered with brown circles all over the place. Not one pillow, all pillows. We purchased our own pillows during our stay. Absolutely horrific! We asked the lady to unplug our drain, and that was still left undone. Anything more than a trickle would flood the sink. Our floors was filled with crumbs and dirt. To the point that we were not able to just walk around with our bare feet, we had to use socks or slippers walking through the room just so we don't bring crumbs into the bed when we get in. To be honest I'm not sure why we decided to stay, but during the week of welcome at WSU, all other hotels were completely booked. Never again will I come back
