Property is overpriced for its general condition. Rooms are worn; furniture looks tired; and even the layout of lighting is confusing. Internet sucks and breakfast the worst offering for a 5-star hotel in India. Management seemed to want to ameliorate but their service model catering to business travelers on short trips won’t allow them to do much more. Overall a disappointment and Hilton should be mindful about its brand being tarnished by such sub-par hotels.

Invoicing was not been done properly, multiple times the F& B invoice's had to be corrected as overcharging was happening, at the time of check out I was told settle the Previous stay at the property, which as a matter of Fact was My Visit to this property currently. Super friendly staff - lovely room with a view
Large room with a view. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only hitch is the toilet design (frosted glass - something I don't understand, and absolutely no hooks). Breakfast is repeated with no change in menu
