Very comfortable, great decor, incredible service
We were traveling from the US to India and were spending a few days in Pune. We really liked the decor and amenities available. We would definitely stay here again. The room is very comfortable and clean. We were having some very frustrating issues outside of the hotel (nothing to do with the hotel) with our luggage and received amazing help from Nikita and Ashton that was above and beyond the normal service offered by hotels. Ashton even kept in contact with us to make sure our problem was resolved and even made phone calls in our behalf since there was a language barrier. We will never forget this kindness.

This is a basic, no-thrills hotel which is very conveniently located at the heart of Pune. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and most importantly, very clean. While this hotel does not have some of the amenities (like minibar and room service) other places offer, the Appetite restaurant staff was more than making up for it. On top of everything, the rates are really good and I recommend you give this hotel a try.
