it was at a good location; central; but the gym was in poor condition; also i felt it is 25% overpriced WIFI speed was free of cost; but its internet speed was pathetic

An apartment hotel in very quiet back street. Was given huge 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment although on my own. It was very comfortable but could do with a lick of paint and didn't feel 100% clean. However, it was good value, quiet and I had a great night's sleep. Buffet restaurant was really good for lunch, not quite so good for breakfast. All in all would recommend as good mid-market choice.

The staff could not do enough for us. A clogged showerhaed was fixed immediately. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

We stayed 22 days during our trip here in Nov-Dec 2014. Overall, excellent experience on all fronts. Few points though, housekeeping is slow, and you will hear dog barking at night (which not a hotel's fault).

Only Decent hotel in the Aundh Region
The hotel is decent though just about. The Air Con takes forever to cool. There is no air conditioning in the living room of the one and two BHKs so it gets hot there. Prices are steep, a result of being the only one of its kind. Its clean and functional though furniture and furnishings look a tad dated. Curtains don't black out and it gets bright really early. Breakfast was the lowest experience. The Poha was dry and uncooked and the dosa and chutneys had a bitter and sour aftertaste to it. Stayed here for the second time as unfortunately there is no choice close by.

NO every day toilet roll tisue, No Proper hot water 24 hrs even in the Morning, No replacing every day proper clean bed sheets or Bedding, No straight Internet connection to my laptop, No proper kitchen facility. It was according to price 2 star rating.

I booked for two (2) person double bed . but provided two single bed .It was n't comfortable not enjoyable. also TV programs very limited only news . No entertainment no good remote communication problem with room cleaners. It was OK but not as a 4star.

They were friendly, attentive, courteous, and the food was good, but I had a room right next to a service area with nighttime noise in spite of my request to have a quiet room.
