We loved this hotel. One of the lovely touches was the handmade slippers they give you to wear. I even bought a pair to take home.

It is cozy and charming and the food is delicious. Great ambiance and views from hotel are impressive. Heading back in a week to stay there again!

This boutique hotel is wonderful! Truly a special place. The attention spent on the decor and history was amazing. The restaurant offers a variety of local and fresh dishes (and a great drink menu). Everything was delicious. So glad we read all the positive reviews and were able to stay. The service was impeccable and I loved the opportunity to purchase some one of a kind items near the reception.

Exquisite with character! I cannot praise and recommend this boutique hotel enough!!! It exudes historical charm while including history and culture of the area. The gardens are sensational. Room themes are enlivened with clever and creative repurposed articles on the theme. The food is amazing, delicious and beautiful in presentation and also representing some local favorites. The dining deck is lovely with glassed in views over the city and water. The staff are all charming and helpful and professional. We had six adult family members all delighted and all wished we could stay a week or more. Best ever!

Nice place to stay
Great hotel with very friendly staff. Good location in the city and excellent restaurant. Only complaint is that although they offer what looks to be a nice breakfast there is no ability to get anything reasonable to take away if you have an early morning excursion. All said, it is a great place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return if I go back to Punta Arenas
